The present invention relates to a washing machine field, and more particularly, to a washing method of a washing machine that controls washing to be possible without using a detergent.
In general, a washing machine is a device that performs washing by a complex action, such as the friction between the water flow and the laundry according to the forced flow of the wash water, the emulsification of the detergent, and the impact action of the laundry wing on the laundry.
Such a conventional washing machine includes a

The washing
In addition, the
The driving force transmission means includes a
Here, the
In addition, the
On the other hand, the upper side of the
Therefore, when the laundry mode is selected in a state in which laundry and a predetermined amount of detergent are put into the
That is, when the washing mode is selected, the
At this time, the washing tub is in communication with the interior of the
When the wash water is filled in the washing
Accordingly, the laundry in the washing
When the washing operation is completed by the above-described action, the
Thereafter, a rinsing stroke is performed in which the new wash water is rinsed several times as the water is supplied into the
At this time, between each rinsing and rinsing, the dehydration for a short time and the re-supply of new wash water are performed together with the drainage, so that the control is made so that a smoother rinsing is performed.
In addition, after such a rinsing stroke is completed, the final dehydration stroke is performed, and during the final dehydrating stroke, the
Accordingly, while the laundry in the
In this case, since the
The dehydration stroke is performed for a set time, and when the dehydration stroke is completed, all washing processes are completed by completely stopping the operation of the washing machine.
The conventional method of washing for washing as described above usually requires the addition of detergent.
However, the above detergent has a cost burden for its purchase, and has a problem of providing a serious impact on environmental pollution.
In addition, since the rinsing administration takes a long time due to the addition of the detergent, there is a problem that waste of tap water is caused.
Of course, you can simply wash with tap water without the use of detergent, but if you wash through the existing washing algorithm has had a problem such as yellowing of white clothes.
In particular, in the case of clothing contamination, considering that each of the contaminants removed at a time difference exists, the contaminants that have been removed first have a problem of being reattached to other laundry.
Therefore, there is a need for a laundry driving algorithm capable of preventing re-contamination of laundry without using detergent and preventing yellowing of white clothes.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, by changing the operation algorithm for washing to enable washing without using a detergent can lead to saving of detergent and to reduce the waste of tap water The purpose is to make it.
In particular, the present invention has an object to be able to prevent the problem of the discoloration of the laundry generated by washing for a long time without using a detergent to the maximum through the optimum time control for each process.

At this time, the fourth set water level is at least about half the water level and at the same level below the normal water level, based on the normal water level set according to the amount of laundry.
In addition, the fourth stirring step is a process of performing stirring during the fourth water supply step or for a sixth set time after the execution.
At this time, the sixth set time is a time set to about 2 minutes when the amount of laundry is a normal amount of detergent to the laundry amount.
In addition, the third balancing step is a process of driving at least one of the washing tub and the washing blade during a seventh set time after the fourth stirring step is performed at a shorter period than the driving period of normal stirring.
At this time, the seventh set time is a time set to about 1 minute when the amount of laundry is a normal amount of detergent to the laundry amount.
In addition, the fifth water supply step is a process of performing additional water supply as much as the fifth set water level during or after the third balancing step.
At this time, the fifth set water level is a water level corresponding to the normal water level set according to the amount of laundry.
In addition, the fifth stirring step is a process of performing stirring during the fifth water supply step or during the eighth set time after the execution.
In this case, the eighth predetermined time is a time set to about 2 minutes when the amount of laundry is a normal amount of detergent added to the amount of laundry.
In addition, the fourth balancing step is a process of driving at least one of the washing tub or the washing blade during a ninth set time after the fifth stirring step is performed at a shorter period than the driving period for normal agitation.
In this case, the ninth predetermined time is a time set to about one minute when the amount of laundry is a normal amount of detergent added to the amount of laundry.
And, the control step for the rinsing of the control method for detergent-free washing of the present invention is to wash the laundry to perform the main washing at the normal water level for the amount of laundry.
The control step for rinsing is operated including a second drainage step, a second dehydration step, a sixth water supply step, a sixth stirring step, and a fifth balancing step.
The second drainage step is a process of draining the wash water in which the main washing is performed.
In addition, the second dehydration step is a process of dehydrating laundry by rotating the washing tub at a lower rotational speed than the maximum rotational speed for normal dehydration after draining the wash water.
In addition, the sixth water supply step is a process of performing a water supply to the normal water level basically set according to the amount of laundry after the dehydration of the laundry.
In addition, the sixth stirring step is a process of performing agitation during or after the sixth water supply step for a tenth set time.
At this time, the tenth set time is a time set to about 2 minutes when the amount of laundry is a normal amount of detergent to the laundry amount.
In addition, the fifth balancing step is a process of driving at least one of the washing tub or the washing blade during the eleventh predetermined time after the sixth stirring step is performed in a shorter period than the driving period for normal agitation.
At this time, the eleventh predetermined time is a time set to about 1 minute when the amount of laundry is a normal amount of detergent to the laundry amount.
And, the control step for the dehydration of the control method for detergent-free washing of the present invention is to completely dehydrate the laundry that performed the rinsing.
The control process for such dehydration is operated including a third drainage step and a third dehydration step.
The third drainage step is a process of draining the wash water in which the rinsing is performed.
In addition, the third dehydration step is a process of completely dehydrating the laundry by rotating the washing tub at the maximum rotation speed for normal dehydration after draining the wash water.
Therefore, if the user performs the selection of the course to perform the detergent-free washing, the controller for controlling the operation of the washing machine controls the various control valves, the drive motor and the clutch, respectively, for the detergent-free washing of the present invention described above. The washing may be performed based on a series of control procedures.
If more specifically described with reference to the flow chart of Figures 3 to 7 as shown.
First, if a laundry course is selected for a detergent-free laundry in a state in which laundry is put in a washing tank, the controller checks the washing amount by measuring the weight of the laundry, and determines the normal water level according to the checked washing amount. .
At this time, the water supply determination according to the washing amount is a generally known process.
When the water supply level is determined, the water supply valve is controlled to perform water supply as much as the determined normal water supply level inside the washing tank (S110).
Along with this, when the water supply is completed while performing the stirring (S120) to remove the water-soluble contamination on the laundry.
Here, the agitation is a process of performing washing by inverting at least one of a washing tub or a washing blade.
Then, when the pre-washing by the stirring is completed (S130) it is operated to achieve a state in which the laundry in the laundry tub can proceed smoothly dehydration.
Here, the balancing process serves to release the tangled laundry that has undergone the stirring process as a process of inverting the washing tank or the left and right washing blades while forming a shorter period than the left and right inversion cycles for the agitation.
Thus, the preliminary washing is completed by the above series of processes.
When the pre-washing is completed, as shown in the flowcharts of FIGS. 4 and 5, the washing water inside the washing tank is completely drained (S210) and then dewatered (S220).
At this time, the dehydration is carried out by rotating the washing tub at a lower rotational speed than the maximum rotational speed for normal dehydration, so that the contaminants removed by pre-washing are not recontaminated into the laundry.
That is, the dehydration is a process to lightly remove the contaminated wash water, not the complete dewatering of the laundry.
(S230)When the dehydration is completed, the washing is carried out in earnest while repeating additional water supply in a predetermined cycle until the set normal water level (S230).
Hereinafter, the above-described washing process will be described in more detail.
First, water supply is performed to the level of less than half of the normal level when the water level is approximately normal (S231).
Here, if the normal water level is a high water level, the water level slightly higher than the middle of the normal water level is a medium water level, the water level slightly lower than the medium level is a low water level, and the water level lower than the low water level is a sewage water, the washing water supplied after the dehydration is completed. It is more preferable that the water supply level of the water supply is at least as low as the water level compared to the low water level.
Then, while the water supply to the sewage level is being performed (or after the water supply to the sewage level is completed), the agitation is again performed (S232) to gradually remove contaminants from the laundry.
Thereafter, when the agitation is operated for a predetermined time (2 minutes), the water is re-supplied (S233) while additionally the water is supplied to the low water level and agitation is performed again (S234).
In addition, when the above agitation is operated for a predetermined time (2 minutes), the balancing process is performed for about 1 minute and additional water supply to the medium water level is performed (S235).
(S236)Then, when the additional water supply to the medium water level is completed, the stirring is performed again for a set time (2 minutes) (S236).
In addition, when the agitation is completed, the balancing process is performed for about 1 minute and additional water supply up to a high water level (S237) is made, and the final agitation (2 minutes) (S238) and balancing (1 minute) at the high water level are performed. The process (S239) is performed sequentially to complete the main wash.
At this time, in the main laundry described above, washing is performed in which substantial inorganic or organic matter is removed.
When the main laundry is completed, rinsing is performed for the laundry as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 6.
At this time, the drainage (S310) and dehydration (S320) according to the wash water for the main washing is completed in order for the rinsing process, and the normal water level, that is, the rinsing (stirring) after the water supply (S330) up to a high water level is made 2 minutes (S340), balancing 1 minute (S350) is in progress, thereby performing a complete removal of the inorganic and organic.
Thereafter, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 7, the final final dewatering of the laundry after draining (S410) is performed (S420), thereby completing the detergent-free washing.
At this time, the rotation of the washing tank for the final dewatering is made to the maximum RPM.
On the other hand, the time for each process in the above-described series of detergent-free washing process may have some changes depending on the amount of laundry and the water level of the wash water.
For example, if the amount of laundry is large, the setting time may be longer.
As described above, the present invention provides an washing method of a washing machine in which laundry can be washed without using detergent, thereby inducing the saving of detergent and reducing waste of tap water.
In particular, the present invention has the advantage that it is possible to prevent the discoloration of the laundry as much as possible by providing an operation time for each process so that the contaminated laundry is not washed for a long time without the detergent.
