인공암 형태로 철근(4)들을 소정 간격으로 배근하여 결속선(6)으로 결합하는 단계와;
상기 철근(4)의 안쪽과 바깥쪽으로 일정 간격을 두고 그물망 형상의 안쪽 철망(5)과 바깥쪽 철망(5)을 배치하고 상기 철근(4)과 안쪽 철망(5), 철근(4)과 바깥쪽 철망(5)을 각각 결합링(Hug Ring, 13)으로 일체로 결합하는 단계와;
상기 철근(4)에 소정 간격으로 스페이서(10)를 설치하고 상기 안쪽 철망(5)의 외부로 스페이서(Spacer, 10)의 단부 위치에 나일론 망(11)을 설치하며, 상기 안쪽 철망(5)과 바깥쪽 철망(5) 및 나일론 망(11)을 결합링(Hug Ring, 13)으로 일체로 결합하는 단계와;
상기 철근(4)과 철망(5) 및 나일론 망(11) 사이의 공간부에는 1차 조형재료(7)를 뿜칠하여 인공암 구조재를 형성하고, 1차 조형재료(7) 뿜칠시 나일론 망(11)은 거푸집 역할을 하며 철근(4)은 소정의 피복두께가 유지되도록 매립되는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성 있는 인공암 제작방법.
