Abstract
이를 위하여, 본 발명은 전면패널과 후면패널 사이의 공간부에 단열재가 구비되어지게 구성된 샌드위치 패널의 구조에 있어서, 상기 전면패널과 후면패널은 수직되게 형성된 보강요부와 보강철부가 가로방향으로 반복되게 형성되어지고, 상기 단열재를 포함하는 전면패널과 후면패널의 가장자리를 따라 마감부재가 커버되어지게 결합되어지고, 상기 마감부재는 수직 가장자리 양측에 각각 마주보게 억지끼워맞춤으로 결합된 사이드마감부재와 수평 가장자리 양측에 각각 마주보게 억지끼워맞춤으로 결합된 가로마감부재로 구성되어지고, 상기 사이드마감부재와 가로마감부재는 일측이 개방되며 타측이 막혀진 찬넬형으로 구비되어지되, 상기 개방된 타측에 방출부가 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 전면패널(10)과 후면패널(20) 사이의 공간부(30)에 단열재(40)가 구비되어지게 구성된 샌드위치 패널의 구조에 있어서,
상기 전면패널(10)과 후면패널(20)은 수직되게 형성된 보강요부(101)(201)와 보강철부(102)(202)가 가로방향으로 반복되게 형성되어지고, 상기 단열재(40)를 포함하는 전면패널(10)과 후면패널(20)의 가장자리를 따라 마감부재(50)가 커버되어지게 결합되어지고, 상기 마감부재(50)는 수직 가장자리 양측에 각각 마주보게 억지끼워맞춤으로 결합된 사이드마감부재(51)와 수평 가장자리 양측에 각각 마주보게 억지끼워맞춤으로 결합된 가로마감부재(52)로 구성되어지고, 상기 사이드마감부재(51)와 가로마감부재(52)는 일측이 개방되며 타측이 막혀지게 구비되어지되, 상기 개방된 타측에 방출부(53)가 일체로 형성되며,
상기 방출부(53)는 방출부(53)의 내주연부가 축방향으로 연장된 형태를 갖는 방출유도구(531)가 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널의 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방출부(53)는 원형, 타원형, 장공형 또는 도트형 중 어느 하나의 형태를 갖도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널의 구조. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사이드마감부재(51) 및 가로마감부재(52)는 양측단에 각각 경사진 형태를 갖는 맞대기면(54)이 절단되게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널의 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전면패널(10), 후면패널(20), 사이드마감부재(51) 및 가로마감부재(52)는 아연도금강판으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널의 구조.
