Claims (8)
- 코어, 인슐레이터, 그리고 코일을 포함하는 스테이터;스테이터를 감싸는 로터프레임, 로터프레임의 내주면에 위치하는 마그네트 그리고 로터프레임의 중심에 결합하는 회전축을 포함하는 로터;스테이터가 외주면을 따라 삽입되는 내측연장부;내측연장부의 내주면에 삽입되며, 회전축을 회전 지지하는 원통 형상의 베어링; 그리고내측연장부 일단부의 내부에 형성되며, 베어링에 의해 변형되어 베어링을 지지하고, 대칭으로 위치하여 베어링의 중심을 맞추는 복수개의 고정부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,베어링이 이탈되지 않도록 내측연장부의 타단부에 결합되는 베어링 커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
- 제2항에 있어서,베어링 커버는 내측연장부의 타단부와 결합된 상태에서 초음파 융착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고정부재는 내측연장부의 일단부와 내주면 사이에 위치하는 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,베어링의 일단부에 형성되며, 고정부재와 접촉하여 고정부재에 하우징의 바닥부 쪽으로 압력을 가할 수 있도록 형성된 단차부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고정부재는 내측연장부의 내주면을 따라 베어링 삽입시, 베어링에 의해 압축되면서 변형되어 베어링을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고정부재는 경사면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 아우터 로터 방식의 팬모터.
