Description
Claims (21)
- 사용자에 의해 수행되는 입력 동작에 따라, 스위칭, 제어 및 기타 입력 및 선택 신호를 생성하기 위한 입력 면(input surface)를 제공하는 입력 장치에 있어서,적어도 하나 이상의 입력 구조(input organ)가 상기 신호를 생성하기 위하여 제공되는 입력점(input point)을 형성하고,평가 회로(evaluation circuit)가 상기 입력점 근처에서의 사용자에 의한 입력 동작을 감지하고,상기 입력 구조는 접촉 피드백(haptic feedback)을 제공하도록 형성되어 있으며,상기 평가 회로는 상기 입력 구조가 위치하는 감지 영역(detection zone)을 규정(define)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,사용자가 입력 구조를 구동함으로써 이루어지는 움직임이 상기 감지 영역에서 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 움직임의 시퀀스(movement sequence)를 분석하고 상기 움직임의 시퀀스로부터 입력 명령(input commands)을 추론(derive)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지 영역은 그 안에서 전기 장(electric-field)의 변화가 감지될 수 있도록 하는 영역으로서 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평가 회로는, 그 커패서티(capacity) 또는 전위(potential)가 사용자가 감지 영역 안으로 침입(penetrate)하는 것에 의해 영향을 받는 컨덴서 시스템(condenser system)을 구비하고, 스위칭 기술에 의하여 상기 컨텐서 시스템의 커패서티 또는 전위의 변화가 감지되고 평가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평가 회로와의 상호 작용에 있어서, 제어 영역(control area)에 배치된 비접촉 제어 요소(contactless control elements)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입력 구조 또는 복수개의 입력 구조에 특정되며 입력 구조의 장착 위치에 의해 형성되는 식별자(identification)가 상기 평가 회로를 통해 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,입력 구조에 대한 사용자의 접근 또는 사용자에 의한 입력 구조의 접촉이 상기 평가 회로에 의해 감지되고 스위칭 신호의 생성에 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,구동, 특히 스위치 위치에 의한 구동에 따라서, 입력 구조는 기능 값(function value)(예컨대, 구동 값(actuation value), 회전 각 값(rotational angle value))을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 입력 구조는 비접촉 방식으로 전원이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 입력 구조는 힘 또는 온도 측정(force or temperature measurement)와 같은 센서 기능(sensory functions)을 수행(take over)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입력 구조는 두드림(snapping). 기계적 저항(mechanical resistance), 소리(sounds) 등과 같은 접촉 특징(haptic properties)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 입력 구조는 전기 장을 통해 발광을 위한 전원을 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 입력 구조는, 접근되거나 접촉되는 경우, 광학적 트리거 효과(optical trigger effects)를 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입력 장치.
- 제1항에 의한 입력 장치를 갖는 전기적 장치의 제어 패널(control panel)에 있어서,복수개의 입력 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 패널.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제어 패널은 가정용 장치(household device)를 형성하는 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 패널.
- 제1항에 의한 입력 장치를 구비하는 차량용 조종석(vehicle cockpits).
- 제17항에 있어서,시트 조절, 미러 조절, 송풍 노즐 조절, 오디오/비디오 조절 및/또는 네비게이션 시스템 조절은 상기 입력 구조를 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조종석.
- 제18항에 있어서,디스플레이 장치를 구비하고,상기 입력 구조에 의해 트리거되는 스위칭 동작 또는 스위치 옵션(switch option)은 상기 디스플레이 장치를 통해 보여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조종석.
- 제19항에 있어서,탑승자의 구별을 수행하고 상기 각각의 탑승자에 대해 스위칭 명령 할당(switching command assignment)이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조종석.
- 제20항에 있어서,탑승자의 구별은, 각각의 탑승자의 손이 감지되는 경로에 근거하여 접근하는 경우에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조종석.
