Claims (5)
- 베어링을 수용한 베어링홀더가 고정설치되는 플레이트;상기 베어링홀더에 설치되어 외부전원에 의해 전기장을 발생하기 위해 코일과 코어를 포함하는 전기자;상기 베어링에 회전가능하게 지지되는 회전축; 및광디스크를 탑재하기 위한 것으로 상기 회전축에 결합되어 축지지되고 상기 전기자에 마주하게 자석이 설치되는 로터케이스를 포함하며상기 로터케이스는 상기 회전축이 고정되게 삽입결합되는 축결합부; 상기 축결합부에 결합되며 광디스크가 안착되는 원반형 안착부; 상기 전기자와의 거리를 증대시키도록 상기 전기자와 마주하며 상기 안착부에 대하여 상기 플레이트 쪽으로 단차지게 형성된 단차부; 및 상기 플레이트에 직교하게 상기 단차부의 말단으로부터 연장되며 자석이 설치되는 자석설치부를 포함하고,상기 로터케이스의 단차부는 상기 광디스크의 미끄러짐을 방지하기 위한 고무링이 설치되며, 상기 고무링의 두께는 상기 안착부의 높이보다 크게 형성되어 상기 안착부의 상면 위쪽으로 돌출되고, 상기 코어의 적층매수는 상기 로터케이스의 단차진 정도만큼 증대될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들모터.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전기자는 박형 금속판이 7 내지 9매 적층되어 형성되며 상기 베어링홀더에 설치되는 코어; 및 상기 코어에 권선되어 외부전원에 의해 전기장을 형성하는 코일;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들모터.
