- 단열 및 방음가능하게 충진물을 충진시켜 건축물의 벽체를 시공하기 위한 방법에 있어서,5㎜이하의 입자로 된 황토, 장석, 운모, 납석, 연소된 폐갈탄으로 구성된 충진물(10)을 충진하여 밀폐된 차수재(20)를 50cm 이상의 높이를 갖도록 지면에 매설하는 단계(S100);상기 단계(S100)에 의해 매설된 차수재(20)의 내측면에 일단이 밀폐되게 중공의 벽체(30)를 고정 입설시키고, 상기 중공의 벽체(30)는 일정 간격 복수개로 구비되는 기둥부재(31)와, 상기 기둥부재(31)의 양면에 상하단 일정 간격으로 각 일단이 고정되어 충진물을 충진시킬 수 있도록 내부 공간을 형성하기 위해 구비되는 연결부재와, 상기 연결부재의 각 타단에 일면이 각각 고정 연결되는 판넬로 구성되는 단계(S200);상기 단계(S200)에 의해 입설된 벽체(30)에 5㎜이하의 입자로 된 황토, 장석, 운모, 납석, 연소된 폐갈탄으로 구성된 충진물(10)을 충진하는 단계(S300);상기 단계(S300)에 의해 충진물(10)이 충진된 상기 벽체(30)의 상부를 밀폐시키고, 햇빛의 투과가 가능한 덮개판(40)으로 밀폐한 단계(S400); 그리고상기 단계(S400)에 의해 벽체(30)의 상부가 밀폐되면, 상기 벽체(30)의 내측면에 햇빛이 조사되지 않는 사각지대에 대하여 햇빛을 조사시키도록 반사체(50)를 설치하는 단계(S500)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충진물을 이용한 벽체 시공방법.
