Claims (8)
- 액화 천연가스와 같이, 극저온 액체의 수송 및 극저온 액체의 수송과 관련된 저온 기체의 회귀를 위하여 일렬로 마운팅되도록 구성된 스위블 조인트 시스템에 있어서,극저온 액체 통과용 스위블 조인트 장치 및 저온 기체 회귀용 스위블 조인트 장치를 포함하고,상기 각 장치는,고정된 하부 도관 구간 및 고정된 하부 도관 구간에 대해 회전하는 상부 도관 구관을 구비한 중앙 도관; 및상기 두 개의 도관 구관들 사이에 위치한 회전 가이드 수단;을 포함하며,상기 저온 기체 회귀용 스위블 조인트 장치가 극저온 액체 통과용 스위블 조인트 장치에 통합되어 있고, 상기 두 개의 장치를 위하여 회전 베어링(44)과 같은 단일의 동일한 회전 가이드 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 조인트 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,두 개의 단부 플랜지(13a,13b) 사이에서, 극저온 액체 통과를 위한 중앙 도관(12);과, 중앙 도관(12) 및 중앙 도관과 동축(coaxial)인 외부 자켓(39)을 동축 상에서 둘러싸는 기체의 회귀 도관-스페이스(25);를 구비하고,중앙 도관(12), 기체의 회귀 도관-스페이스(25), 그리고 외부 자켓(39)이 두 개의 축방향으로 정렬된 섹션의 형태로 되어, 서로에 대하여 회전하며,회전 베어링(44)은 상기 자켓의 두 개의 부분의 대향하고 있는 두 개의 면 사이에 위치하고, 실(23,37)이 중앙 도관 및 고리형 도관의 두 개의 섹션의 대향하고 있는 면들 사이에 위치하며, 회전 베어링 및 실(seal)은 적어도 평행한 평면들(P1,P2)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 조인트 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기체의 회귀 도관-스페이스(25)와 외부 자켓(39) 사이에서 경계가 정해지는 고리형 스페이스(50)가 두 개의 블록(52a,52b)의 형태로 구성되는 열 절연 소재로 채워지고,상기 블록 각각은 상기 조인트의 두 개의 고정 및 회전부 중 하나에 배치되어서, 상기 두 개의 블록(52a,52b)은 서로에 대하여 회전 운동을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 조인트 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기체의 회귀 도관-스페이스(25)의 반경방향 내벽은 상기 극저온 액체의 통과용 중앙 도관(12)의 격벽에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 조인트 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,하나(23)는 상기 중앙 도관(12)에 배치되고, 다른 하나(37)는 상기 기체의 회귀 도관-스페이스(25)의 경계를 정하는 격벽(29)에 배치되는, 두 개의 실(23,37)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 조인트 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 실(23, 37)은, 테플론과 같은 기밀 소재로 되어 있고, 상기 도관의 대응하는 부분들의 대향면 중 하나에 동심을 이루면서 위치하여 스프링의 영향으로 다른 면에 대하여 압착되는 두 개의 링(ring)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 조인트 시스템.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 동축의 중앙 도관(12)과 기체의 회귀 도관-스페이스(25)는 공용의 격벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
