Claims (8)
- 例えば液化天然ガスのような低温液体の輸送ラインおよび低温液体の輸送に関わっている低温ガスが戻る輸送ラインに取り付けるための回転継手システムにおいて、
同システムが、低温液体を通すための回転継手装置および低温ガスが戻るための回転継手装置を含む型のものであり、
各装置が、固定導管部分を備えた導管および固定導管部分に対する回転導管部分、並びに両導管部分の間に配置してある回転誘導手段を備える導管を含む回転継手システムであって、
ガスが戻るための回転継手装置が低温液体を通すための回転継手装置に組み込まれていることを特徴とする回転継手システム。
- 回転継手システムが両装置のために、例えば、ころがり軸受44のような同一かつ単一の回転誘導装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 低温液体を通す中央導管12および中央導管12を同軸的に囲繞している、低温ガスが戻ってくる環状導管25、ならびに2つの終端フランジ13aと13b間にある、中央導管と同軸の外被39を含むシステムにおいて、
中央導管12と環状導管29および外被39が、一方が他方に対して回転できる、軸方向に整列している2つの筒状部からなり、
ころがり軸受44が外被の2つの部分と向かい合う2つの境界面間に位置し、
それに対して防水用パッキン23と37が中央導管と環状導管の2つの筒状部の境界面間に配設され、
ころがり軸受44と防水用パッキンが、少なくとも平行している平面P1とP2に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のシステム。
- 環状導管29と外被39との間に画定されている環状スペース50が、有利には本回転継手システムの前記2つの部分、すなわち固定部分に配設されているブロック52aと回転部分に配設されているブロック52bから構成された断熱性材料で充填されており、
この2つのブロック、すなわちブロック52aとブロック52bの一方が他方に対して回転運動できることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 冷却ガスが戻ってくる環状導管29の半径方向内壁が低温液体を通す中央導管の壁部から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つの請求項に記載のシステム。
- 一方23が中央導管12内に配設され、他方27が環状導管の画定外壁29に配設されている2つの防水用パッキン23と37を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 防水用パッキン23と37のそれぞれが、例えば、テフロン(登録商標)の如き防水用材料製の2つの環を含み、
この環が導管の対応部分と向かい合うそれぞれ2つの境界面のそれぞれ1つに同心状に配置され、例えば、ばねのような装置の作用で、他の境界面に押圧されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 同軸である中央導管12と環状導管29が共通の壁部を共有している、請求項3から7までのいずれか1つの請求項に記載のシステム。
