Claims (12)
- a) 밀도가 0.900 내지 0.925 g/cc인 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부와 과산화물 0.001 내지 2.5 중량부를 혼합하여, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지에 상기 과산화물을 분산시키는 단계,b) 120 내지 200 ℃의 온도에서 5 분 내지 1 시간 동안, 상기 과산화물이 분산된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 가교시키는 단계, 및c) 지글러-나타계 촉매로 제조하고 밀도가 0.935 내지 0.965 g/cc인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부와, 상기 b) 단계의 가교된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 1 내지 45 중량부를 혼합하여 용융 압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지는 용융지수가 0.08 내지 70.0 g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가교된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지는 중량평균분자량이 10 만 내지 300 만 인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지글러-나타계 촉매로 제조한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지는 용융지수가 0.01 내지 40 g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지글러-나타계 촉매로 제조한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지는 중량평균분자량이 10 만 내지 300 만 인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 과산화물은 디-이소부틸퍼옥사이드, 디-이소프로필-퍼옥시디카보네이트, 1,1,3,3-테트라메틸부틸 퍼옥시네오도데카노에이트, 디-n-프로필 퍼옥시디카보네이트, t-아밀 퍼옥시네오도데카노에이트, 디-(4-t-부틸-싸이클로헥실)퍼옥시디카보네이트, 디-(2-에틸헥실) 퍼옥시디카보네이트, t-부틸 퍼옥시네오도데카노에이트, 디-n-부틸 퍼옥시디카보네이트, 디세틸 퍼옥시디카보네이트, t-부틸 퍼옥시네오헵타노에이트, 디-(3,5,5-트리메틸헥사노일) 퍼옥사이드, 디라우릴 퍼옥사이드, 디데카노일 퍼옥사이드, 2,2-디아조이소부틸로니트릴, 2,2-아조디-(2-메틸부틸니트릴), 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(2-에틸헥사노일 퍼옥시)-헥산, 1,1,3,3-테트라메틸부틸 퍼옥시 2-에틸헥사노에이트, t-아밀퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트, 디벤조일 퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트, t-부틸퍼옥시디에틸아세테이트, t-부틸 퍼옥시이소부틸레이트, 1,1,-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)-3,3,5-트리메틸싸이클로헥산, 1,1-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)-싸이클로헥산, t-아밀 퍼옥시-2-에틸헥실카보네이트, t-부틸퍼옥 시-3,5,5-트리메틸헥사노에이트, 2,2-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)-부탄, t-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필카보네이트, t-부틸퍼옥시-에틸헥실카보네이트, t-부틸퍼옥시아세테이트, t-부틸퍼옥시벤조에이트, 디-t-아밀퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀퍼옥사이드, 헥사브로모싸이클로도데칸, 디-(2-t-부틸퍼옥시-이소프로필)-벤젠, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산, t-부틸큐밀퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥신-3, 디-t-부틸 퍼옥사이드, 3,6,9-트리에틸-3,6,9-트리메틸-1,4,7-트리퍼옥소난, 디-이소프로필벤젠-모노하이드로퍼옥사이드, p-멘탄 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 큐밀 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 1,1,3,3-테트라메틸부틸하이드로퍼옥사이드, t-부틸하이드로퍼옥사이드, t-아밀하이드로 퍼옥사이드, 및 2,3-디메틸-2,3-디페닐부탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계는 90 내지 120 ℃의 온도에서 5 분 내지 1 시간 동안 혼합하여, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지에 과산화물을 용융 상태로 분산시키는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계를 거쳐 제조된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 표면조도가 153 z 내지 310 z인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계는 상기 가교된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 90 내지 150 ℃의 온도 및 1 내지 5 분의 체류시간 하에서 용융 압출시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계는 상기 가교된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와 지글러-나타계 촉매로 제조한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 혼합한 후에, 텀블러 믹서를 사용하여 20 내지 30 분 동안 회전시키며 혼련하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계는 150 내지 280 ℃의 온도 및 1 내지 5 분 동안의 체류시간 하에서 용융 압출시키는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서 지글러-나타계 촉매로 제조한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와 상기 b) 단계의 가교된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지의 배합비는 중량을 기준으로 100:5 내지 100:20인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제조 방법.
