Abstract
본 발명에 의한 메카니칼 트립밸브는 이물질 유입에 의한 구성 부품의 조직 손상 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 일차적으로는 내부의 사용유가 동작중 외부로 누설이 되지 않도록 하는 동시에 스풀에 작용하는 좌굴력에 의한 로드의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 발전소 터빈의 프론트스탠다드 메카니칼 트립밸브에 있어서,
스풀(Spool)의 경도를 부쉬의 경도보다 높은 것을 사용하여 스풀과 부쉬에 강도차를 부여하며,
상기 스풀은 1차 황삭 가공후 소둔 가열을 섭씨850도 내지 섭씨900도에서 수행하고 소입은 유냉을 실시하여 Cr 탄화물을 확산가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니칼 트립밸브 - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스풀은 전기로에서 열처리 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니칼 트립밸브 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 메카니칼 트립밸브는 오링(O-Ring)의 내경면을 폴리테트라 플루오르에틸렌(Polytetra fluoroethylene)으로 에둘러 싼 형태로 구성되는 로드실(Rod Seal)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 메카니칼 트립밸브
