- 삭제
- 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트에 있어서,적어도 하나 이상의 서로 다른 부재로 구성된 엔드플레이트 내측부재와;상기 내측부재의 적어도 하나 이상의 부재를 감싸고 있는 막부재와;상기 내측부재의 외부를 감싸는 절연체와;스택 내부의 전기를 모아서 외부로 보내주는 집전판;을 포함하며,상기 엔드플레이트 내측부재를 구성하는 적어도 하나 이상의 서로 다른 부재는:허니콤 또는 폼 형태로 제작된 제1부재와;상기 제1부재의 외부에 접합되는 제2부재;로 구성하되,상기 제1부재와 제2부재는 샌드위치 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1부재는 심재로서, 알루미늄 허니콤, 유리섬유 허니콤, 노멕스 (Nomex) 허니콤, 플라스틱 허니콤중 선택된 어느 하나이거나, 열전도가 낮은 PVC 폼, PET 폼, PS 폼, PU 폼중 선택된 어느 하나이고,상기 제2부재는 면재로서, 금속재료, 충진제가 첨가된 복합재료, 섬유강화 복합재료, 폴리머 재료로 이루어진 그룹중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 막부재는 상기 제1부재를 감싸거나, 제1 및 제2부재가 접합된 상태에서 제2부재를 감싸면서 접착되는 금속쉴드 또는 고분자 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 막부재와 제1부재, 또는 상기 막부재와 제2부재간의 결합은 접착제 또는 동시 경화법에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 막부재와 제1부재간의 결합은 금형내에 막부재인 금속 쉴드 혹은 고분자 필름을 미리 장입한 후, 제1부재의 재료를 금형내에서 발포 성형하는 동시에 제1부재와 막부재간의 접착 결합이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1부재 또는 제1 및 제2부재를 금속쉴드로 감싼 후, 이것들을 다층으로 적층 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택용 엔드플레이트.
