Description
The present invention relates to an LED lamp that is installed on the back of the sea buoys for safe navigation of the ship and airports, high-rise buildings, steel towers, etc. and used for safe operation of the aircraft.
Since ships and aircraft are objects that move with power even during the day and at night, a large number of ships are sailing offshore, and in the case of aircraft, many planes fly and land on the main road. In places, high-tech electronic equipment is being used directly and indirectly to help safe operation.
Particularly, at sea, it is a route marking facility that uses a register on the register so that lights can be continuously recognized by ships that are turned on and off automatically in day and night.
However, because the geographic factors and management and maintenance of the offshore environment is operated unattended, a lot of problems occur when many problems occur.
In addition, the life of the battery according to the usage time of the battery is increasing because the power supplied by the solar cell is supplied to the battery instead of the power supplied from the land.
In order to prolong the life of this battery, the current consumption of the lamp should be designed to be small, and since the operating environment is inaccessible to humans, it should be quickly identified and repaired when a failure occurs. The process is manufactured and operated in a complex structure.

However, the above described lamp has a problem that the current consumption of the LED lamp is not only large, and when the LED lamp is defective, the situation cannot be quickly transmitted to the control room and the control room, and there is no corrosion prevention function of the lamp.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, to minimize the excessive current consumption, to improve the charging method between the solar cell and the storage battery, wirelessly by sensing the LED lamp indicator that is not turned off without normal operation It is to provide LED lights for detecting lights out that can notify the control room.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention can have a long lifetime of high-performance LED lamps and lenses individually to have a high effective luminous efficiency of the same intensity, and when the LED lamp is turned off, a built-in detection circuit is built in through the RF transmitter. It is possible to take quick action by notifying immediately to the control room and control room, and convert various flash signals into RF signals and select them directly in the control room and control room. The ultrasonic sensor can be used to prevent algae from surface corrosion. The aim is to provide a new type of bidirectional wireless extinguisher low power LED illuminator, including one that can.
As described in detail above, the bidirectional wireless extinguishing detection low power LED light emitter according to the present invention consumes less current when the LED lamp is turned on, resulting in a longer battery life, and prompt action in the control room and control room when the LED lamp is disconnected. It is possible to manage and operate the isochronizer smoothly all the time, and to prevent corrosion of the surface of the isophore caused by the droppings of algae, which can extend the life of the isoengiator and save a lot of money economically. While the invention has been described in terms of the preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many various and obvious modifications are possible without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the invention should be construed by the claims described to include many such variations.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a cross-sectional front view of the LED lighting machine for the lights out according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a block diagram of the LED lighting machine for the lights out according to the present invention. The LED light emitter for detecting lights out according to the present invention, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, RF transmission and reception antenna 01, RF transmission and reception module 02, ultrasonic detection unit 12, Day / night sensor 16, power supply and charging section 11, main control 05, address selector switch 03, flash selector switch 04, sound generator 13, sound output amplifier 14, sound output speaker ( 15), the extinguishing detection unit 10, the LED lamp driver 06, and the LED lamp indicators 07, 08 and 09 are configured. Here, the ultrasonic detector 12 is composed of an ultrasonic sensor 12a that can detect the approach of the bird, and detects the approach of the bird through the ultrasonic sensor 12a and transmits the signal to the main control (05). do.
When the main control 05 selects a sound from the sound generator 13 and transmits the selected sound signal to the sound output amplifier 14, the sound output amplifier 14 amplifies the input sound signal and then outputs the sound output speaker ( 15), loud sound is produced through the sound output speaker. At this time, the algae approaching near the light-emitting detection LED light emitter according to the present invention can not be approached in surprise, therefore, the present invention can prevent the corrosion of the light lamp due to the excretion of the bird.
In addition, the main control (05) detecting the approach signal of the bird, as described above, generates a loud sound by receiving a signal that the bird has approached, while transmitting a signal that the bird approached the RF transmission and reception module (02) Radiating through the RF transmission and reception antenna 01 may perform a function to inform the control room or control room.
The address selection switch 03, which is an input unit, performs a function of receiving and storing an individual number (identification number) to each of the LED light emitters for extinguishing detection according to the present invention. In other words, when a plurality of LED lights out for detecting the extinguishing according to the present invention is used, if one signal is used for RF transmission and reception in the control room or control room, the same operation is performed for each lighthouse, and the control room or control room is sent from any lighter. I don't know if it's a signal. Therefore, in order to improve this problem, each identifier must be given a different individual number (called an individual number). The address selection switch is a switch used at this time, and the control room or control room checks the received individual number. In addition, when the signal is sent to the register from the control room or control room, the individual number of each identifier is selected and the signal is transmitted so that only the corresponding register operates.
The flash selection switch 04, which is an input unit, performs a function of receiving any one of different flash signals stored in advance. That is, since the flashing signal of the equalizer is different depending on the geographical conditions in the navigation of the ship, the user selects the flashing signal by using the flash selection switch. The flash signal selectable by the flash selector switch (04) is selected according to the location of the flash control signal according to the type of flash signal according to the flash signal type according to the convention recommended by the International Route Mark Association. The flash signal can be selected using the flash selector switch 04 in the light register as described above, and the flash signal can be wirelessly selected from the control room or the control room.
The day and night detector 16, which is an input unit, is a sensor for detecting the amount of sunshine in the sun and determines the lighting timing of the lamp. That is, when the signal sensed by the day and night detector 16 is transmitted to the microprocessor of the main control (05), the microprocessor sends the flash signal selected by the flash selection switch 04 or the control room at the moment the signal is inputted to the LED lamp driver ( 06). At this time, the LED lamp driver 06 generates a constant current power to turn on the LED lamp and supplies it to the LED lamp indicator 1 (07), the LED lamp indicator 2 (08), and the LED lamp indicator 3 (09). Make it light. The lit flash signal emits light to the outside through the light diffusion lens 17.
The current consumed when the LED lamp indicators 1,2,3 (07,08,09) is turned on is sensed by the extinction detecting unit 10, and when it is detected that some LED lamps are extinguished, the extinguishing unit 10 ) Transmits the detected extinguishing signal to the microprocessor of the main control (05), and the microprocessor transmits the individual number of the equalizer selected by the address selection switch (03) and the extinguishing signal detected by the extinction detecting unit (10) to RF transmission. It passes to the receiving module (02). The transmitted data are modulated by RF (Frequency Modulation) in the RF transmission / reception module 02, amplified and converted into radio signals, radiated through the RF transmission / reception antenna 01, and transmitted to the control room or control room.
On the other hand, the control room or control room that receives the LED lamp extinguishing signal repairs the LED lamp quickly so that the light lamp operates smoothly.
In addition, the power supply unit and the charging unit according to the present invention includes a solar cell for generating electricity by solar energy and a capacitor for supplying electricity to the components while accumulating electricity generated by the solar cell. The main control 05 constantly monitors the capacity of the capacitor and, when it is determined that the capacity of the battery is insufficient, drives the solar cell to charge the battery, so that a constant voltage can always be applied to the lamp.
The LED lamp for detecting lights out according to the present invention, which compensates for the disadvantages of the prior art, is to reduce the current consumption of the LED lamp as much as possible. The conventional lamp holder uses 225 LED lamps having a diameter of 5 mm and the lens is one body. Although the present invention has been constructed, the present invention improves the conventional lighting device, and uses 36 LED lamps having high performance and long life, and has the feature of using an individual lens for each LED lamp. Accordingly, the present invention produces the effect that the current consumption can be reduced to 1/2 or less while maintaining the amount of light as compared with the conventional illuminator. In addition, the present invention is equipped with a wireless transmission, reception module inside the lampholder in order to prepare for a failure due to disconnection of the LED lamp. Therefore, when the LED lamp is disconnected, the present invention detects a change in the amount of current consumed in the whole and informs the control room or the control room wirelessly, thereby generating an effect that the manager can respond quickly.
In addition, the brightener according to the present invention, by using an ultrasonic sensor to detect the bird's approach in advance when the bird is flying, while generating a loud sound through the amplifier and the speaker by the microprocessor, it is possible to block the access of the bird in advance. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the contamination and corrosion of the surface of the isunggi due to algae feces.
In addition, the illuminator according to the present invention uses 36 LED lamps 18 having high performance and long life, as shown in the above description and FIG. 1, and each LED lamp has a light diffusion lens ( 17) has the characteristic of using. In particular, the present invention uses a high-performance and high-brightness LED lamp for the surface mounted devices (SMD). In addition, the present invention is characterized in that by using the light diffusion lens 17 formed in the convex shape individually to each LED lamp as described above, even a current consumption of about 1.2A can be sufficiently recognized at a long distance.
