Claims (5)
- 상하부하우징 각각의 내측면과 슬리브 베어링과 접촉되는 접촉면의 크기에 대응되도록 절연체를 절단하는 제 1단계;상기 절연체를 상기 접촉면에 부착하는 제 2단계;상기 슬리브 베어링과 동일한 크기의 성형지그를 상기 하우징 내부에 안착하고, 상기 하우징을 결합하는 제 3단계; 그리고,전기로에서 가열하는 제 4단계;를 포함하고,상기 제 2단계에서,상기 절연체를 부착하기 전에, 상기 절연체에서 부착되는 면을 에칭가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 베어링의 절연구조 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계에는,상기 접촉면에 접착제를 도포하고, 상기 절연체를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 베어링의 절연구조 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 4단계에는,상기 전기로에서 80℃로 1시간 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 베어링의 절연구조 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 슬리브 베어링 절연구조체.
