Claims (2)
- (S1) 미코박테리움 균속의 전체 1623bp로 구성된 열 충격 단백 65 (HSP65) 유전자를, 서열번호 1에 따른 염기서열을 가지는 전 방향 프라이머와 서열번호 2에 따른 염기서열을 가지는 역방향 프라이머로 증폭시켜서, PCR 증폭산물을 생산하는 단계;(S2) 상기 생산된 PCR 증폭산물의 5'말단부터 상기 HSP65 유전자의 423번째 염기, 424번째 염기 및 701번째 염기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 염기를 포함하는 유전자 분절을 특이적으로 증폭시키는 프라이머를 이용하여, 해당 유전자 분절을 증폭하는 단계;(S3) 상기 증폭된 유전자 분절의 염기서열을 분석하는 단계; 및,(S4) 상기 423번째 염기, 424번째 염기 또는 701번째 염기를 비교하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 비교에서 비결핵항산성균은 423번째 염기가 G 또는 C, 424번째 염기가 C 또는 701번째 염기가 C인 비결핵항산성균의 감별 방법,
- 비결핵항산성균에 특이적인 PCR 증폭산물을 생산하는 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2의 제1 프라이머 쌍과,서열번호 3 및 서열번호 4의 제2 프라이머 쌍을 포함하는 비결핵항산성균의 감별 키트.
