Claims (6)
- 미립물질을 액체내로 취입하기 위한 야금용 랜스(metallurgical lance)에 있어서,상기 야금용 랜스는 제 1 라발 노즐(first Laval nozzle)에서 그 출구 단부가 종단되는 축방향 메인 가스 통로와, 제 2 라발 노즐에서 그 출구 단부가 종단되는, 상기 메인 가스 통로 둘레의 슈라우딩 가스 통로(shrouding gas passage)와, 상기 제 1 라발 노즐에서, 그 스로트부(throat)의 하류에서 종단되는 축방향 출구를 구비하는 미립물질 반송 통로를 포함하며,상기 제 1 라발 노즐은 외부 냉각제의 흐름을 위한 적어도 하나의 냉각 통로를 구비하는야금용 랜스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슈라우딩 가스 통로 및 상기 미립물질 반송 통로는 상기 메인 가스 통로와 동축인야금용 랜스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 슈라우딩 가스 통로가 연소 챔버를 포함하는야금용 랜스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 라발 노즐이 상기 제 2 라발 노즐에 대해 상대적으로 후방 배치되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 라발 노즐의 출구 단부가 상기 제 2 라발 노즐의 발산부에서 종단되는야금용 랜스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 라발 노즐이 외부 냉각제의 흐름을 위한 적어도 하나의 냉각 통로를 구비하는야금용 랜스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 미립물질 반송 통로는 상기 제 1 라발 노즐의 발산부에서 그 하류 단부가 종단되는야금용 랜스.
