- 제 1 링크부재와 제 2 링크부재를 회전 가능하도록 연결하는 회전축에 고정 결합된 고정기어;상기 제 1 링크부재와 제 2 링크부재의 상대 회전각을 측정하는 것으로, 회전각 전달축이 형성된 회전각 검출부재;상기 회전각 전달축에 고정 결합된 제 1 슬립부재와, 상기 고정기어와 연동하여 회전하는 것으로, 상기 제 1 슬립부재의 외경보다 큰 접촉홀이 형성되고, 상기 제 1 슬립부재가 상기 접촉홀에 일부 수용되며, 상기 제 1 슬립부재에 의해 탄성 바이어스 되어 상기 제 1 슬립부재와 일정 크기의 마찰력을 유지하는 제 2 슬립부재를 구비하는 슬립기어;를 구비하며,상기 제 1 슬립부재는:상기 회전각 전달축에 고정 결합된 베이스부; 및상기 베이스부의 둘레로부터 접선방향으로 돌출 형성되어 상기 제 2 슬립부재의 내벽을 탄성 지지하는 적어도 하나의 탄성부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각 검출장치.

- 제 1 링크부재와 제 2 링크부재를 회전 가능하도록 연결하는 회전축에 고정 결합된 제 1 슬립부재와, 상기 제 1 슬립부재의 외경보다 큰 접촉홀이 형성되고, 상기 제 1 슬립부재가 상기 접촉홀에 일부 수용되며, 상기 제 1 슬립부재에 의해 탄성 바이어스 되어 상기 제 1 슬립부재와 일정 크기의 마찰력을 유지하는 제 2 슬립부재를 구비하는 슬립기어;제 1 링크부재와 제 2 링크부재의 상대 회전각을 측정하는 것으로, 회전각 전달축이 형성된 회전각 검출부재; 및상기 회전각 전달축에 고정 결합되고, 상기 슬립기어와 연동하여 회전하는 회전기어;를 구비하며,상기 제 1 슬립부재는:상기 회전축에 고정 결합된 베이스부; 및상기 베이스부의 둘레로부터 접선방향으로 돌출 형성되어 상기 제 2 슬립부재의 내벽을 탄성 지지하는 적어도 하나의 탄성부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각 검출장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 슬립부재는,상기 제 2 슬립부재의 상측의 일부를 감싸도록 상기 베이스부의 상측으로부터 돌출 형성되어 상기 제 2 슬립부재가 상기 제 1 슬립부재로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지턱을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각 검출장치.
