Claims (13)
- 판상형 전지셀, 상기 전지셀이 장착되는 팩 케이스, 및 상기 팩 케이스와 판상형 전지셀의 외면을 감싸는 외장 필름을 포함하는 전지팩에 있어서,상기 팩 케이스는 전지셀의 양면 중 적어도 1면이 개방되는 구조이고,상기 외장 필름은 내구성을 부여하는 외부 고분자 수지층, 강도를 증가시키는 금속층, 및 전지셀 또는 팩 케이스의 외면에 부착하는 내부 피복층을 포함하는 것으로 이루어져 있으며,상기 팩 케이스 및 전지셀에 대한 외장 필름의 결합은, 상기 팩 케이스의 적어도 일부에 외장 필름을 열융착함으로써 강화되고,상기 판상형 전지셀은 라미네이트 시트의 파우치형 케이스에 전극조립체를 내장하고 양측면 실링부를 열융착에 의해 밀봉하여 제조된 파우치형 전지셀이고, 상기 파우치형 케이스는 6.5 kgf 이상의 침상 관통력을 갖는 고강도 라미네이트 시트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스는 전지셀의 상단을 감싸는 구조를 갖는 상단 캡과 하단을 감싸는 구조의 하단 캡으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스는 전지셀의 측면 부위를 감싸면서 상단 캡과 하단 캡이 일체형인 구조의 프레임 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 필름의 두께는 85 내지 130 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 필름은 단부가 서로 겹칠 수 있도록 셀의 외주면보다 긴 길이를 갖고, 전지셀을 감싼 상태에서 단부가 겹치는 부위는 접착제 또는 점착제에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트는 외부 피복층/금속층/내부 실란트층을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있고, 총 두께가 100 내지 130 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트와 외장 필름이 동일한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 필름의 두께는 라미네이트 시트의 두께와 같거나 그 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파우치형 케이스의 양측면 실링부가 팩 케이스의 양 측면부를 감싸는 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고강도 라미네이트 시트의 두께는 150 ~ 180 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
