Claims (9)
- 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법에 있어서,상기 자동용접장치의 초기 구동에서 일정 시간동안 초기 용접 전류를 발생시키는 단계와,상기 발생된 초기 용접 전류와 용접캐리지의 회전 속도를 일정 시간동안 서서히 상승시키는 단계와,상기 상승된 용접 전류가 안정화되면 상기 용접캐리지에 설치되는 각도센서를 통하여 상기 자동용접장치의 토치 각도가 일정하게 유지되는 상태에서 상기 용접캐리지를 일정 속도로 회전시키고 상기 용접캐리지측으로 용접와이어가 공급되어 용접이 이루어지는 단계와,상기 용접 단계의 완료시점인 종단부에서 일정 시간동안 설정 용접 전류에 비해 높은 용접 전류를 형성시키는 단계와,상기 높은 용접 전류 형성 단계 이후에, 설정 전류값으로 용접 전류를 일정 시간동안 복귀시키는 단계와,상기 설정 전류값으로 복귀된 용접 전류를 서서히 오프시키는 단계를 포함하는 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발생된 초기 용접 전류와 상기 용접캐리지의 회전 속도를 일정 시간동안 서서히 상승시키는 단계에서,상기 용접캐리지의 회전 속도는 상기 용접 전류의 상승 속도 보다는 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 높은 용접 전류 형성 단계 이후에, 설정 전류값으로 용접 전류를 일정 시간동안 복귀시키는 단계에서,상기 용접캐리지는 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 설정 전류값으로 복귀된 용접 전류를 서서히 오프시키는 단계에서,정지된 상기 용접캐리지측으로 용접와이어는 일정 설정 속도에 비해 일정 시간동안 증가된 속도로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고전류 티그 용접에서 상기 자동용접장치에 공급되는 가스는 아르곤에 수소가 혼합되어 사용되며, 상기 아르곤에 혼합되는 수소의 혼합비는 3%∼ 7%인 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자동용접장치에 설치되는 토치는 용접진행 방향에 대하여 5°∼15°각도를 가지고서 상기 각 단계에 적용되어 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동용접장치를 이용한 티그용접방법.
