- 다음 [화학식 1]의 금속-유기 골격체 또는 [화학식 2]로 표현되는 이의 용매화물을 이용하여 Pd 나노입자를 제조하는 방법으로서:[화학식1][Ni(cyclam)]2[MTB][화학식 2]{[Ni(cyclam)]2[MTB]}n·x·y;상기 cyclam은 1,4,8,11-테트라아자사이클로테트라데칸이고; 상기 MTB는 메탄테트라벤조에이트이며; 상기 x 또는 y는 에탄올, 메탄올, 다이메틸포름아마이드, 다이에틸포름아마이드, 물, 아세토니트릴 중에서 선택된 유기 용매이고;상기 용매화물은[Ni(cyclam)]2[MTB]}n·8nH2O·4nDMF 및[Ni(cyclam)]2[MTB]}n·3nEtOH 중에서 선택되고;상기 Pd 나노입자의 제조방법은(b) 상기 [화학식 1]의 금속-유기 골격체 또는 이의 용매화물을 Pd(II) 이온 용액에 침지시켜 나노 복합체를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고; 상기 n은 1~∞인 정수이며;상기 Pd(II) 이온 용액은 Pd(II) 이온의 농도는 1.0 x 10-3 내지 1.0 x 10-1 M이고, 상기 Pd(II) 이온 용액의 pH는 5-10인 것을 특징으로 하는 Pd 나노입자 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계 이전에(a) 상기 [화학식 2]로 표현되는 용매화물에 대해서 탈용매화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Pd 나노입자 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계 이후에(c) 상기 나노 복합체에 PVP 및 티올 중에서 선택된 캡핑제를 이용하여 캡핑시킴으로써 캡핑된 Pd 나노입자를 수득하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 캡핑된 Pd 나노입자를 분리하여 수득하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Pd 나노입자 제조방법.
