Claims (4)
- 외부에 시공되어 태양열을 집열하도록 형성되는 집열기(100)와;상하로 높이를 갖는 몸체 내부에 저장수(W)가 채워지고, 외주면에는 내부와 연통되도록 다수개의 라인 연결관(210a~210f)이 형성되는 축열탱크(200)와;상기 집열기(100)에 연결되어 집열된 열원으로 하여금 축열탱크(200)의 저장수를 가열하도록 집열배관(310)을 형성하되, 상기 집열배관(310)과 연결된 열교환용 코일(320)이 축열탱크(100)의 내측 하부에 형성되는 집열라인(300)과;상기 집열라인(300)으로부터 가열된 저장수를 실내 난방으로 공급하여 순환시키도록 난방배관(410)이 구비되는 난방라인(400)과;상기 축열탱크(200)의 내측 상부에 내장탱크(510)를 형성하여 시수 공급에 따라 열교환 된 온수를 급수용 배관(520)으로 배수시키거나 내장탱크(510)로 다시 순환시키도록 급탕배관(530)이 구비되는 급탕라인(500)과;상기 집열라인(300), 난방라인(400) 및 급탕라인(500)의 순환 사이클을 제어하도록 각 라인에 대해 제1,2,3유입관(610a,620a,630a) 및 제1,2,3배수관(610b,620b,630b)을 각각 형성하고, 상기 집열라인(300)과 난방라인(400)의 제1,2유입관(610a,620a) 측에는 별도의 순환펌프(640,650)가 더 구비되는 펌프스테이션(600)이;구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 태양열 축열조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 집열라인(300)은집열배관(310) 내에 수용된 열원수가 펌프스테이션의 순환펌프(640)에 의해 집열기(100)를 거친 후 가열되고, 상기 가열된 열원수는 별도의 라인 연결관(210a,210b)과 결합된 열교환용 코일(320)로 이송되어 축열탱크의 저장수(W)와 열교환 된 후 제1유입관(610a)과 제1배수관(610b)으로 순환하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 태양열 축열조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 난방라인(400)은축열탱크(200)의 상부측 라인 연결관(210c)과 결합된 난방배관(410)으로부터 가열된 저장수(W)가 펌프스테이션의 순환펌프(650)에 의해 제2유입관(620a)을 거쳐 실내 난방을 도모한 뒤 펌프스테이션의 제2배수관(620b)을 경유하여 축열탱크의 하부측 라인 연결관(210d)과 결합되어 순환하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 태양열 축열조.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 급탕라인(500)은축열탱크(200)의 하부측 라인 연결관(210e)를 통해 인입된 시수가 내장탱크(510)의 하부로 유입되어 저장수(W)로 하여금 열교환(가열) 된 후, 펌프스테인션의 제3유입관(630a)을 경유한 뒤 샤워기를 포함한 급수용 배관(520)으로 공급되는 한편, 상기 급수용 배관(520) 일측에는 순환용 급탕배관(530)이 부설되어 펌프스테이션의 제3배수관(630b)과 라인 연결관(210f)을 거쳐 내장탱크(510)의 하부 측면으 로 순환하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 태양열 축열조.
