- 삭제
- 양단의 입출구(21,22)가 유입 및 유출배관(10,10')에 각각 연결되어 있는 관형 밸브몸체(3);상기 밸브몸체(3)의 입출구(21,22) 사이 내주면(25) 상에 원주방향으로 돌출되도록 설치되어 상기 입구(21) 측과 상기 출구(22) 측을 연결하는 유통공(23)을 형성하도록 되어 있는 시트부(5);상기 밸브몸체(3)의 내주면(25)을 횡방향으로 관통하여 편심되게 설치된 회전축(27) 상에 회전 가능하게 장착되어 상기 입출구(21,22) 측의 유체압력에 따라 상기 유통공(23)의 개도를 조절하도록 되어 있는 디스크(7);상기 디스크(7)의 일측에 피벗 가능하게 장착되어 상기 회전축(27)을 중심으로 상기 디스크(7)를 회전시키도록 되어 있는 링크수단(9);상기 밸브몸체(3)의 내주면(25)에 관통되어 외측으로 돌출되어 있으며, 상기 링크수단(9)의 상기 디스크(7) 반대쪽에 결합되어 상기 링크수단(9)을 상하로 이동시킴으로써 상기 디스크(7)를 정역회전시키는 격막 구동부(11);상기 격막 구동부(11)의 상부와 상기 밸브몸체(3)의 입출구(21,22)측 내주면(25)에 연결되어 상기 입출구(21,22) 측에서의 유체압력을 비교해 상기 격막 구동부(11)로 가해지는 파일럿압을 조절함으로써, 상기 격막 구동부(11)에 연결된 링크수단(9)을 통해 상기 디스크(7)의 개도를 조절하도록 되어 있는 파일럿밸브(13);로 이루어지며,상기 링크수단(9)은,일단이 상기 디스크(7)의 일측면에 힌지 결합된 연결링크(28); 및일단이 상기 연결링크(28)의 타단에 핀 결합된 스템링크(29);로 이루어져 있고,상기 격막 구동부(11)는,상기 밸브몸체(3)의 내주면(25)에 관통되어 외측으로 돌출되어 있는 격막 하우징(31);상기 스템링크(29)의 상기 연결링크(28) 반대쪽에 장착되어 아래로 개방된 중공 원통체를 형성함으로써, 상기 격막 하우징(31)의 내주면을 따라 미끄럼 이동 가능할 뿐 아니라, 상기 출구(22) 측의 유체압이 작용할 수 있도록 되어 있는 가이드슈(33);상기 가이드슈(33)의 상면과 상기 격막 하우징(31)의 사이에서 상기 가이드슈(33)의 축선을 따라 장착되어 상기 링크수단(9)을 통해 상기 디스크(7)를 가압하도록 되어 있는 가압 스프링(35); 및상기 가이드슈(33)의 상단에 중앙부분이, 상기 격막 하우징(31)의 내주면에 둘레부분이 각각 부착되어 상기 격막 하우징(31)을 상부챔버(36)와 하부챔버(38)로 구획하도록 되어 있는 격막(37);으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이형 콘트롤 밸브.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 디스크(7)는 횡단면 형상이 유선형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이형 콘트롤 밸브.
