Claims (2)
- 시멘트킬른더스트(CKD) 5 ∼ 40중량%, 샌드 더스트(Sand Dust) 2 ∼ 10중량%, 메틸셀룰로오즈 0.001 ∼ 0.05중량%, 나프탈렌 설폰산 포름알데히드의 고축합물 나트륨염 0.01 ∼ 0.1중량% 및 잔량의 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC)를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 저침하형 경량 기포 콘크리트용 시멘트 분체.
- 시멘트킬른더스트(CKD) 5 ∼ 40중량%, 샌드 더스트(Sand Dust) 2 ∼ 10중량%, 메틸셀룰로오즈 0.001 ∼ 0.05중량%, 나프탈렌 설폰산 포름알데히드의 고축합물 나트륨염 0.01 ∼ 0.1중량% 및 잔량의 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC)를 혼합한 저침하형 경량 기포 콘크리트용 시멘트 분체와 물을 중량비(W/B)가 0.5 ∼ 0.7 : 1이 되도록 상기 분체에 물을 첨가하고 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조한 다음, 상기 슬러리 30 ∼ 35부피%와 동물성 또는 식물성 계면활성제를 물에 첨가하고 교반하여 제조한 기포 70 ∼ 65부피%를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 저침하형 경량 기포 콘크리트.
