Claims (8)
- 녹화용 경량인공토 제조방법에서,(a) 폐기물관리법에 의해 적정가공된 석탄재, 슬러지 및 비료성분을 공장으로 반입하는 재료수집단계(110);(b) 상기 석탄재를 입도 2~5mm로 분쇄하는 석탄재분쇄단계(112); 및(c) 상기 석탄재 및 슬러지 70~90부피%와 비료성분 10~30부피%의 조성물은 혼합하는 재료배합단계(120);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 및 슬러지를 이용한 경량인공토 제조방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 재료수집단계(110) 이후에, 슬러지에 숯을 이용하여 슬러지에 포함된 인산을 제거하는 인산제거단계(114);가 더 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 및 슬러지를 이용한 경량인공토 제조방법.

- 제1항에서,상기 재료배합단계(120) 전, 상기 비료성분에 포함된 퇴비를 부패 숙성시키는 퇴비부숙단계(116);가 더 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄재 및 슬러지를 이용한 경량인공토 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 생산되는 석탄재 및 슬러지를 이용한 경량인공토.
