- 삭제
- 화학적 조성이 중량%로, C : 0.25∼0.35%, Si : 0.10~0.40%, Mn : 1.0∼2.0%, Mo : 0.3∼1.0%, W : 0.2∼1.0%, B : 0.0002~0.002%, Ti : 0.002~0.02%, Nb : 0.02∼0.06%, P : 0.0020~0.020%, S : 0.0010~0.010%, N : 0.001~0.008%이고, 나머지는 Fe와 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 소재를 오스테나이트 온도영역에서 열간 압연한 후에, 베이나이트 변태가 완료되는 500∼300℃의 온도구간까지 1∼10℃/sec의 냉각속도로 가속냉각시킨 후, 상온까지 공냉시키는 과정을 포함하는 용접성이 우수한 베이나이트 레일강의 제조방법.
