Claims (8)
- 중공형상이고 일단의 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 합성수지로 제조된 나사 연결부와,상기 나사 연결부의 타단에 합성수지로 사출 성형된 융착 연결부를 포함하고,상기 나사 연결부는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 융착 연결부는 폴리프로필렌랜덤(PPR : Poly Propylene Random Copolymer)으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나사 연결부는 유리섬유강화 폴리프로필렌(FR-PP : Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene)으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 나사 연결부는 유리 섬유를 30 내지 50 중량 % 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 나사 연결부의 타단에 겹합된 융착 연결부는 나사 연결부 타단의 내주면과 외주면을 덮도록 사출 성형되어 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 나사 연결부의 타단의 외주면을 따라서 홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 융착 연결부는 상기 홈의 외주면을 덮도록 사출 성형되어 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 홈에 설치된 오링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음.
- 유리섬유강화 폴리프로필렌(FR-PP : Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene)으로 중공형상이고 일단의 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 나사 연결부를 사출 성형하는 단계와,폴리프로필렌랜덤(PPR : Poly Propylene Random Copolymer)을 상기 나사 연결부의 타단에 인서트 사출 성형하고 융착 연결부를 사출 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배기용 관이음 제조방법.
