Claims (4)
- 연료유가 유량계, 비상차단밸브, 유량제어밸브, 연료유 압력계, 복수의 버너차단밸브를 차례대로 통과해 복수의 버너로 공급되어 기동되는 보일러와 연결된 보일러 연료유 제어 시스템에 있어서,상기 유량계의 연료유 유량 신호를 이용해, 상기 보일러의 연료량을 제어하기 위한 연료량 주 제어 신호를 산출하는 연료량 메인 제어 회로부;상기 유량계의 연료유 유량 신호를 이용해, 상기 버너로 공급되는 연료유의 유량을 제어하기 위한 유량 제어 밸브 신호를 산출하는 연료유 유량 제어 회로부; 및상기 압력계로부터 측정된 연료유 압력값으로부터 하나의 버너에 공급되는 단위 연료유 유량값으로 변환하여 산출하고, 상기 단위 연료유 유량값과 오픈된 버너차단밸브의 개수를 곱해 구해진 총 연료유 유량값에 대한 총 연료유 유량 신호를구하는 연료유 버너 유량 신호 안정화 회로부를 포함하며,상기 연료유 유량 신호는 상기 총 연료유 유량 신호로 절환되어, 상기 유량 제어 밸브 신호를 산출하고 상기 유량 제어 밸브 신호를 산출하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 연료유 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유량계가 고장날 경우, 상기 연료량 메인 제어 회로부는 상기 총 연료 유 유량 신호를 이용해 상기 주 제어 신호를 산출하며, 상기 연료유 유량 제어 회로부는 상기 총 연료유 유량 신호를 이용해 상기 유량 제어 밸브 신호를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 연료유 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연료유 버너 유량 신호 안정화 회로부는상기 유량계가 고장이 나거나, 상기 총 연료유 유량 신호의 총 연료유 유량값과 상기 연료유 유량 신호의 연료유 유량값이 편차기에 의해 15% 이상 편차가 발생한 것을 판단하면, 절환기에 의해 상기 연료유 유량 신호에서 상기 총 연료유 유량 신호로 절환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 연료유 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연료유 버너 유량 신호 안정화 회로부는상기 연료유 유량 신호의 이상시 절환기에 의해 상기 연료유 유량 신호에서 상기 총 연료유 유량 신호로 절환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 연료유 제어 시스템.
