Claims (17)
- 47위치의 트레오닌 잔기가 이소로이신 잔기로 치환되는 변이 및 387위치의 글리신 잔기가 아스파르트산 잔기로 치환되는 변이로부터 선택되는 1개 또는 2개의 변이를 갖는 변이형 글루타티온 신테타제를 보유하며 또한, γ-글루타밀시스테인을 생산하는 효모.
- 제1항에 있어서, 54위치의 프롤린 잔기가 로이신 잔기로 치환되는 변이를 추가로 갖는 효모.
- 제2항에 있어서, 변이형 글루타티온 신테타제가, 47위치의 트레오닌 잔기가 이소로이신 잔기로 치환되는 변이 및 54위치의 프롤린 잔기가 로이신 잔기로 치환되는 변이를 갖는 효모.
- 제2항에 있어서, 변이형 글루타티온 신테타제가, 387위치의 글리신 잔기가 아스파르트산 잔기로 치환되는 변이 및 54위치의 프롤린 잔기가 로이신 잔기로 치환되는 변이를 갖는 효모.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 변이를 갖지 않는 글루타티온 신테타제가 서열 2에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 효모.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사카로마이세스(Saccharomyces) 속에 속하는 효모.
