- 탄소나노튜브 함유용액 1 내지 8중량%를 바인더용 수지 20 내지 30중량% 및 잔량의 용매에 혼합하여 전도성 용액을 제조하고,상기 전도성 용액을 절연성 투명고분자와 컴파운딩 후, 사출하여 마스터 칩을 형성하고,상기 마스터 칩을 압출 성형하여 필름으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 대전방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압출 성형된 필름의 두께가 100 내지 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 광학용 대전방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 컴파운딩 단계에 전도성 용액 5 내지 8중량% 및 절연성 투명고분자 92 내지 95중량%로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 광학용 대전방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브 함유용액은탄소나노튜브를 질산:황산의 혼합용매에 담지한 후, 교반하여 표면개질하고,결과되는 탄소나노튜브 용액을 pH7이 될 때까지 중화시킨 다음,디메틸아세트아마이드, 디메틸포름아마이드 및 N-피롤리돈으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유기용매에 넣은 후 4 내지 20KHz 초음파기기의 20 내지 60% 출력 하에 2 내지 10시간 동안 초음파처리 하여 균일 분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 광학용 대전방지 필름의 제조방법.
