Claims (2)
- 제 1 및 제 2 기판이 합착된 액정 패널의 분리장치에 있어서,상기 액정 패널의 제 1 기판을 흡착하기 위한 받침대;상기 액정 패널의 제 2 기판을 흡착하기 위한 홀더; 및상기 받침대의 상부에 배치되어 상기 액정 패널의 실 영역에 레이저 빔을 인가함으로써 상기 레이저 빔에 의해 상기 액정 패널의 실 영역에 존재하는 실이 용융되도록 하는 레이저 빔 조사기;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널 분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 빔 조사기의 레이저 빔은 120℃ 이상의 온도를 가지며 상기 실의 용융점보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널 분리장치.
