Claims (10)
- 50 질량% 이상의 노르말 부탄을 함유하는 노르말 부탄-함유 이성질체화 공급물을 이성질체화시켜 이소부탄을 포함하는 이성질체화물을 제공하는 방법으로서,단계 (a): 이성질체화 촉매의 존재를 포함하는 이성질체화 조건 하에 이성질체화 공급물을 이성질체화시켜 공급원료 중의 농도 미만의 농도로 노르말 부탄을 함유하는 이성질체화 유출물을 제공하는 단계;단계 (b): 상기 이성질체화 유출물의 적어도 일부를 증류하여, 이소부탄 및 보다 경질의 파라핀을 함유하는 저비등 분획(여기서 저비등 분획의 80 질량% 이상이 이소부탄임), 및 노르말 부탄 및 10 질량% 이상의 이소부탄을 함유하는 고비등 노르말 부탄-함유 분획을 제공하는 단계;단계 (c): 단계 (b)로부터의 노르말 부탄-함유 분획의 적어도 일부를 선택적 투과성 막의 보유물 측과 접촉시켜 80 질량% 이상의 이소부탄을 함유하는 보유물 분획을 제공하고, 증가된 농도의 노르말 부탄을 가진 투과물 분획을 막 횡단하여 투과물 측에서 제공하는 단계; 및단계 (d): 단계 (c)로부터 보유물 분획을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투과물 분획의 적어도 일부는 이성질체화 공급물의 일 부로서 단계 (a)로 재순환시키는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 증류는 0.5:1 내지 3:1의 환류 대 공급 비를 수반하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (c)의 투과물 분획의 노르말 부탄 농도가 50 질량% 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막이 0.01 이상의 C4 투과물 유동 지수 및 1.25:1 이상의 C4 투과물 유동 비를 가진 체질 막(sieving membrane)인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 체질 막의 평균 공극 직경이 5.0Å 내지 7.0Å인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 체질 막의 평균 공극 직경이 4.5Å 내지 5.4Å인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 노르말 부탄-함유 공급원료를 적어도 단계 (b)의 하나에 그리고 단계 (c)의 막의 보유물 측에 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 5 질량% 이상의 이소부탄도 함유하는 노르말 부탄-함유 공급원료의 적어도 일부를 선택적 투과성 막의 보유물 측과 접촉시켜 80 질량% 이상의 이소부탄을 함유하는 보유물 분획을 제공하고, 증가된 농도의 노르말 부탄을 가진 투과물 분획을 막 횡단하여 투과물 측에서 제공하는 단계;상기 투과물 분획을, 이성질체화 촉매의 존재를 포함하는 이성질체화 조건 하에 처리하여 공급원료 중의 농도 미만의 농도로 노르말 부탄을 함유하는 이성질체화 유출물을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 보유물 분획을 증류 처리하여 노르말 부탄을 분리하고, 분리된 노르말 부탄을 상기 투과물 분획과 함께 이성질체화 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 노르말 부탄 이성질체화 방법.
- (a) 노르말 부탄을 이소부탄-함유 이성질체화물로 이성질체화시키며, 이성질체화물을 위한 입구 및 출구를 가진 이성질체화 반응기(106);(b) 이성질체화 반응기(106)의 출구와 유체 소통 상태에 있는 입구, 저비등 분획 출구 도관(118) 및 고비등 분획 출구 도관(122)을 가진 증류 컬럼(116)으로서, 이소부탄-함유 이성질체화물의 적어도 일부를 증류하여 이성질체화물보다 더 풍부한 이소부탄을 함유하는 저비등 분획, 및 이성질체화물보다 더 풍부한 노르말 부탄을 함유하는 고비등 분획(상기 분획은 이소부탄을 함유함)을 제공하기에 적합한 증류 컬럼(116); 및(c) 고비등 분획 도관(122)과 유체 소통 상태에 있는 공급물 측 입구, 증류 컬럼(116)의 저비등 출구로부터의 라인(118)과 유체 소통 상태에 있는 공급물 측 출구, 및 이성질체화 반응기(106)의 입구와 유체 소통 상태에 있는 투과물 출구를 가진 막 분리기(124)를 포함하는 노르말 부탄을 함유하는 공급원료의 이성질체화를 위한 장치.
