안착홈 및 잠금요부가 마련되도록 내주연에 걸림돌부와 밀폐돌기가 돌출형성된 뚜껑틀과, 상기 밀폐돌기의 단부에 체결되는 밀폐링과, 상기 안착홈에 안착되어 지지되며 축공과 삽입공을 갖는 잠금쇠 수납함이 구비된 맨홀뚜껑과, 상기 잠금쇠 수납함에 설치되며 축봉과 다수개의 요철부를 갖는 잠금반원판이 형성되고, 상기 잠금반원판의 저면에는 상기 삽입공에 끼움되는 회동핀이 마련된 잠금쇠로 이루어진 맨홀뚜껑 잠금장치로서,A cap frame having a locking protrusion and a sealing protrusion protruding from the inner circumference to provide a seating groove and a lock recess, a sealing ring fastened to an end of the sealing protrusion, and a clamp having a shaft hole and an insertion hole supported by the seating groove.
