- 하기 화학식 1 또는 4의 인산기 결합성 물질, 형광 물질 및 금속 이온을 포함하는 인산기-선택적인 형광 프로브와 기질을 반응시킨 후 형광 편광도의 변화를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스파타제 활성 측정 방법:[화학식 1][화학식 4]상기 식들에서,R1은 아미노, 하이드록실, 싸이올, 카르복실, 카르보닐, 비닐 및 알릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기이고,R2 및 R3은 에틸렌 글라이콜릴 에테르 (-(CH2O)n-) (이때, n은 3 이하의 정수이다), 지방족 탄화수소 (-(CH2)m-) (이때, m은 3 이하의 정수이다) 및 아미드 (-CONH-)기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기이다.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 기질이 DNA, RNA 및 인산기를 갖는 단백질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 생고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스파타제 활성 측정 방법.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,(1) 완충 용액 중에서, 상기 인산기-선택적인 형광 프로브를 기질과 혼합하여 상기 형광 프로브를 기질의 인산기에 결합시킨 후, 상기 형광 프로브가 결합된 기질을 포함하는 반응 용액의 형광 편광도 값을 측정하는 단계;(2) 상기 반응 용액에 포스파타제를 첨가하여 탈인산화 반응을 수행하면서, 탈인산화 반응 도중 또는 반응이 완료된 후 상기 반응 용액의 형광 편광도 값을 측정하는 단계; 및(3) 상기 탈인산화 반응 전/후의 상기 반응 용액의 형광 편광도 값을 비교하는 단계를 포함하는, 포스파타제 활성 측정 방법.
