Claims (6)
- 살포 차량의 운전석에 설치되고, GPS 위성으로부터 살포 차량의 위치 정보와 시각 정보를 수신한 후 이를 근거로 차량의 속도를 연산하여 컨트롤러(20)에 입력하는 GPS 수신기(10)와;상기 GPS 수신기(10)로부터 입력받은 차량의 속도와 작업자의 선택살포량(30)에 따른 살포량 백데이터(40)를 종합적으로 연산하여 살포수단(S)에 제어명령을 보내는 컨트롤러(20)와;상기 컨트롤러(20)의 제어명령에 따라 컨베이어(50)를 구동하는 컨베이어용 유압모터(51), 스피너(60)를 구동하는 스피너용 유압모터 및 배출 게이트(70)를 구동하는 게이트용 실린더를 자동 조작하여 모래와 염수를 차량의 주행속도 변화량에 비례하여 정확한 비율로 살포하는 살포수단(S)으로 이루어지는 한편;상기 컨베이어(50), 스피너(60) 및 배출 게이트(70)는 컨트롤러(20)로부터 입력받은 제어명령에 따라 정확하게 작동하는지의 여부를 센싱하는 별도의 센싱수단(80)이 구비되고, 상기 센싱수단(80)이 측정한 측정값을 컨트롤러(20)로 피드백하여 상기 컨베이어(50), 스피너(60) 및 배출 게이트(70)의 작동 오차를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GPS 속도정보를 이용한 제설재 살포량 자동제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,컨베이어(50)는 컨베이어용 유압모터(51)의 모터축(53)에 설치된 회전 감지판(81)의 회전수를 카운팅센서(82)로 감지한 후 이를 펄스신호로 변환하여 컨트롤러(20)에 입력하는 센싱수단(80)이 구비되고, 상기 스피너(60)는 스피너용 유압모터의 유압경로를 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브의 전류값을 전류값 센서로 측정한 후 이를 컨트롤러(20)에 입력하는 센싱수단(80)이 구비되며, 상기 배출 게이트(70)는 게이트용 유압실린더의 작동에 따른 변위를 변위센서로 측정한 후 이를 컨트롤러(20)에 입력하는 센싱수단(80)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 GPS 속도정보를 이용한 제설재 살포량 자동제어장치.
