Claims (6)
- 악취가스제거작용이 이뤄지도록 하는 장치본체(11);상기 장치본체(11) 저부의 배양저장조(12)로 악취가스와 반응수가 섞여 초미세기포상태로 공급되도록 하는 악취가스공급부(20);악취가스가 제거된 공기가 외부로 방출되도록 상기 장치본체(11) 상측에 구비된 공기배출부(13);일측이 악취가스공급부(20)와 연결되고 다수의 배출공(31)이 형성된 버블분배기(30);상기 악취가스공급부(20)와 연결되고 다수의 분무노즐(41)이 형성되어 장치본체(11) 내측 상부에 설치된 분무파이프(40)가 포함되어 구비되어,악취가스공급부(20)로부터 공급되는 악취가스가 배양저장조(12)의 반응수와 섞이도록 하여 악취가스가 반응수에 의해 탈취되도록 구비되고, 배양저장조(12) 상부의 분무공간(14)을 지나는 악취가스가 분무수에 의하여 포집되어 배양저장조(12)로 떨어지도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세기포를 이용한 악취제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 악취가스공급부(20)는,상기 배양저장조(12)의 저부의 반응수가 공급되도록 하는 반응수흡입부(21);상기 반응수흡입부(21)로부터 반응수가 공급되도록 하기 위하여 순환모터(22)에 의해 작동되는 순환펌프(23);상기 순환펌프(23)로부터 공급되는 반응수에 악취가스가 섞이도록 하는 초미세악취믹싱챔버(25);순환펌프(23)를 지나는 반응수가 초미세악취믹싱챔버(25)로 공급되도록 하는 펌프배출부(24)가 포함되어,배양저장조(12) 저부의 반응수가 순환펌프(23)에 의하여 흡입되어 초미세악취믹싱챔버(25)를 거쳐 다시 배양저장조(12) 내부로 순환공급되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세기포를 이용한 악취제거장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 초미세악취믹싱챔버(25)는펌프배출부(24)와 연결되어 반응수가 유입되는 반응수유입로(251);흐르는 반응수에 악취가스가 공급되도록 하는 악취가스유입로(252);반응수와 악취가스가 섞여 버블분배기(30) 측으로 흐르도록 하는 챔버배출로(253)가 포함되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세기포를 이용한 악취제거장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 반응수유입로(251) 또는 챔버배출로(253)에는 회전나선부(254)(254')가 형성되어 반응수(미생물 배양액)가 회전되면서 흐르도록 구비되며,상기 반응수유입로(251) 또는 챔버배출로(253)의 외부에는 자력형성부(255)(255')가 구비되고, 자력형성부(255)(255')가 위치된 반응수유입로(251) 또는 챔버배출로(253)의 내부에는 자성회전자(256)(256')가 구비되어, 자력형성부(255)(255')에서 발생되는 자력변화에 의하여 자성회전자(256)(256')가 회전되어 흐르는 반응수(미생물 배양액)가 회전되면서 흐르도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세기포를 이용한 악취제거장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 장치본체(11)에는 분무파이프(40) 아래측으로 필터부(15)가 구비되어,배양저장조(12)에서 공기배출구(13) 측으로 흐르는 악취가스가 제거되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세기포를 이용한 악취제거장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배양저장조(12) 내부에는 미생물배양기(121)가 구비되고,상기 미생물배양기(121) 일측에는 경석(輕石)위치부(122), 펄프재, 펠렛 부(123)가 구비되며,상기 배양저장조(12)에는 반응수의 온도를 유지하기 위한 히터부(124), 센서부(125)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세기포를 이용한 악취제거장치.
