Claims (2)
- 한쪽 면은 용융 아연 도금층이 30∼300g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성되고, 다른 한쪽 면은 알루미늄이 1∼60중량%이고 나머지는 아연인 합금도금층이 30∼300g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성된 아연과 아연-알루미늄합금 이종도금강판.
- 한쪽 면은 아연 도금층으로 이루어지고 다른 한쪽 면은 아연-알루미늄 합금도금층으로 이루어지는 이종도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서,비산화성 또는 환원성 도금조에서 용융 아연을 액적상태로 분무하여 30∼300g/㎡의 부착량으로 상기 강판의 한쪽 면을 도금하고, 별도의 비산화성 또는 환원성 도금조에서 알루미늄이 1∼60중량%이고 나머지는 아연인 용융 아연-알루미늄 합금을 액적상태로 분무하여 30∼300g/㎡의 부착량으로 상기 강판의 다른 한쪽 면을 도금하며, 도금시 상기 강판의 온도는 400℃ 이상 700℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연과 아연-알루미늄합금 이종도금강판의 제조방법.
