Claims (6)
- 완성하고자 하는 규격에 맞는 바잘트튜브(101)를 준비하는 준비단계(S1)와;상기 바잘트튜브(101)의 외면에 강화층(102)을 형성하는 강화층형성단계(S2)와;상기 강화층(102)의 양단부에 인접한 바잘트 파이프(100)를 연결하기 위한 플랜지(103)를 형성하는 플랜지형성단계(S3)로 이루어지는 바잘트 파이프 보강방법에 있어서;상기 플랜지형성단계(S3)는, 폭이 좁고 길이가 긴 판상 형태의 유리섬유체(115)를 플랜지(103)의 저면을 형성할 수 있도록 폭 방향으로 등 간격의 절취선(116)을 형성하여 원주면(117)에 대하여 방사상으로 다수 개의 버티컬(118)을 가지는 L형의 로어레이업(119)을 형성하는 로어레이업형성과정(S31)과;상기 로어레이업(119)이 형성된 면에 대하여 유리섬유체(115)에 형성하는 절취선(116)에 의하여 다수개의 버티컬(118)을 가지는 미들레이업(120)으로 플랜지(103)의 폭 방향을 형성하는 미들레이업형성과정(S32)과;상기 미들레이업(120)이 형성된 면에 대하여 플랜지(103)의 상면을 형성할 수 있도록 폭 방향으로 등 간격의 절취선(116)을 형성하여 원주면(117)에 대하여 방사상으로 다수 개의 버티컬(118)을 가지는 L형의 어퍼레이업(121)을 형성하는 어퍼레이업형성과정(S33)과;상기 플랜지(103)의 외면을 마감할 수 있도록 유리섬유체(115)로 된 사이드레이업(122)을 밴딩 마감하는 사이드레이업형성과정(S34)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바잘트 파이프 보강방법.
