Claims (7)
- 주재료로 세라믹이 함유된 우레탄 수지를 사용하여 코팅용 도료를 제조하는 단계;상기와 같이 제조된 세라믹 함유 도료에 납발돌을 1~2분간 딥핑(dipping)하여 코팅하는 단계;상기 세라믹 함유 도료가 코팅된 납발돌을 80~100℃의 오븐에서 건조하는 단계;상기 건조된 납발돌을 세라믹 함유 도료에 코팅하고 건조하는 단계를 2~4회 반복하여 다중의 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 함유 도료가 피복된 친환경 어구용 납발돌의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 함유 도료는 세라믹이 함유된 우레탄 수지 60~80부피%와 우레탄 신너 20~40부피%를 혼합한 것이며, 상기 세라믹 함유 도료의 전체 부피%에 대하여 경화제 15~25부피%를 추가로 첨가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 함유 도료가 피복된 친환경 어구용 납발돌의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 함유 도료는 세라믹이 함유된 우레탄 수지 70부피%와 우레탄 신너 30부피%를 혼합한 것이며, 상기 세라믹 함유 도료의 전체 부피%에 대하여 경화제 18부피%가 추가로 첨가된 것임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 함유 도료가 피복된 친환경 어구용 납발돌의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 세라믹이 함유된 우레탄 수지에는 세라믹이 40~50중량%로 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 함유 도료가 피복된 친환경 어구용 납발돌의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 함유 도료에 사용되는 세라믹은 실리케이트(SiO2) 또는 알루미나(Al2O3) 또는 이산화티타늄(TiO2)에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 함유 도료가 피복된 친환경 어구용 납발돌의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 아크릴 우레탄 경화제임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 함유 도료가 피복된 친환경 어구용 납발돌의 제조방법.
