Claims (7)
- 구동수단의 회전에 의한 캐비테이션 발생으로 유체 분자를 마찰시켜 유체를 가열하고 토출시키는 원심발열펌프로서,일단에 상기 유체가 유입되는 유입구가 형성되고 타단에 유입된 유체가 토출되는 유출구가 형성되며 내부에 다수의 돌기가 일정면적만큼 형성된 하우징;상기 하우징에 회전가능하게 설치되고 일단이 상기 구동수단에 연결되어 연동되는 샤프트축;상기 샤프트축에 삽입고정되고, 양측면에 둘레를 따라 다수의 관통공이 형성되고 상기 관통공에 수직하게 각각 연통되는 측면공이 형성되며, 상기 관통공 또는 상기 측면공 중 적어도 하나의 내주면에는 다수의 돌기가 형성되어 이루어진 타공 디스크; 및상기 타공 디스크의 가장자리에 인접하며 모서리가 상기 관통공과 상기 측면공에 위치하도록 상기 하우징의 내부면을 따라 설치된 적어도 하나의 단턱 링을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심발열펌프.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 타공 디스크의 외주면과 상기 하우징의 내부면의 간격은 0.1 mm ~ 0.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심발열펌프.
