Claims (6)
- 부하기기로 전원을 공급하는 전원라인 사이에 직렬연결되어 트립신호에 따라 상기 부하기기로 공급되는 전원을 차단하는 차단부;상기 전원라인과 접지라인 사이에 연결되는 서지보호 소자를 구성한 서지보호부;상기 서지보호부와 접지라인 사이의 전체 누설전류를 측정하는 누설전류 측정부;상기 전체 누설전류로부터 제3 고조파 전류를 추출하는 증폭필터부; 및상기 제3 고조파 전류의 직류전압 크기가 소정 레벨 이상일 경우, 전원 차단을 위한 트립신호를 상기 차단부로 인가하는 신호처리부; 를 포함하되,상기 신호처리부는,상기 제3 고조파 전류의 실효값을 직류전압으로 변환하는 직류변환 수단과, 상기 직류전압 크기의 레벨을 판단하는 레벨판단 수단, 및 상기 직류전압의 크기가 소정 레벨 이상인 경우 트립신호를 생성하는 트립신호 생성수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 증폭필터부는,상기 전체 누설전류를 증폭하는 차동증폭 수단;증폭된 전체 누설전류로부터 제3 고조파 전류를 추출하는 밴드패스 필터수단; 및추출된 제3 고조파 전류의 크기를 조절하는 배율 조정수단; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호 장치.

- 청구항 1에 기재된 서지보호 장치 및 중앙 모니터링 장치를 구성한 원격 모니터링 시스템에 있어서,상기 서지보호 장치는,서지보호 소자의 온도를 측정하는 온도측정부;서지 발생 횟수를 카운팅하는 서지카운터부; 및무선통신부; 를 더 포함하며,상기 서지보호 장치의 신호처리부는 상기 서지보호 소자의 온도, 상기 서지 발생 횟수 및 제3 고조파 전류를 포함한 상태정보를 상기 무선통신부를 통해 상기 중앙 모니터링 장치로 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원격 모니터링 시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 중앙 모니터링 장치는,상기 서지보호 장치로부터 송신되는 상태정보를 수신하는 무선통신부; 및수신한 상태정보를 가공하여 출력하는 분석부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원격 모니터링 시스템.
