Claims (14)
- 다수의 램프와;상기 램프의 저압전극을 수용할 수 있도록 상부 및 측면이 개방된 전극 삽입홈이 장축을 따라 상단에 형성되며, 삽입된 저압전극과 외부의 인버터 회로를 연결하기 위한 배선이 실장된 PWB;상기 다수의 램프 중 적어도 두 개의 램프의 고압전극을 통합하는 램프 홀더와 콘넥터;상기 램프의 양단에 배치되어 램프를 지지하는 램프 서포터; 및상기 램프, 상기 PWB 및 상기 램프 서포터가 설치되어 수납되는 바텀 샤시;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유니트.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 PWB의 전극 삽입홈에 수용된 저압전극은 접지전극임을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유니트.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 PWB의 전극 삽입홈에 수용된 접지전극은 솔더링에 의해 인버터 회로와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바텀 샤시의 저면에 수납되어 상기 램프의 배면에서 발산된 빛을 전면으로 향하게 하는 반사판을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유니트.
- 빛을 발산하는 다수의 램프와 상부면에 반사판이 배치된 바텀 샤시를 준비하는 단계와;상기 램프의 저압전극을 수용할 수 있도록 상부 및 측면이 개방된 전극 삽입홈이 장축 상단을 따라 형성된 PWB를 상기 바텀 샤시의 상부 측면에 조립 배치하는 단계;상기 PWB의 전극 삽입홈에 램프의 저압전극을 삽입하고, 이를 솔더링하는 단계; 및상기 다수의 램프들 중 적어도 두개 이상의 램프의 고압전극을 램프홀더 및 콘넥터를 이용하여 통합하는 단계;를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유니트의 조립방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 램프를 수용하여 지지하는 램프 서포터를 상기 램프의 양단에 배치하는 단계; 를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유니트의 조립방법.
- 빛을 발산하는 다수의 램프와, 상기 램프의 저압전극을 수용할 수 있도록 상부 및 측면이 개방된 전극 삽입홈이 장축을 따라 상단에 형성되며, 삽입된 상기 저압전극과 외부의 인버터 회로를 연결하기 위한 배선이 실장된 PWB와, 상기 다수의 램프 중 적어도 두 개의 램프의 고압전극을 통합하는 램프 홀더와 콘넥터와, 상기 램프와 상기 PWB를 수납하는 바텀샤시로 구성된 백라이트 유니트와;상기 백라이트 유니트에 구동전원을 인가하는 인버터 회로; 및상기 백라이트 유니트로부터 발산된 빛을 변조하여 화상을 구현하는 액정패널; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 PWB의 전극 삽입홈에 수용된 저압전극은 접지전극임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 PWB의 전극 삽입홈에 수용된 접지전극은 솔더링에 의해 인버터 회로와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 백라이트 유니트는 상기 램프의 양단을 수용하여 지지하는 램프 서포터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 바텀 샤시에 수납되어 상기 램프의 배면에서 발산된 빛을 상기 액정패널로 향하게 하는 반사판을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 백라이트 유니트로부터 발산된 빛을 균질화하여 상기 액정패널에 조사시키는 확산판을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
