Claims (25)
- 요소를 가스와 혼합하는 혼합 장치(1), 상기 요소는 액체에 용해되는 혼합 장치(1)에 있어서, 상기 장치는각각 요소와 가스를 혼합 장치의 혼합실(20)으로 공급하기 위한 요소 흡입구(10)와 가스 흡입구(12),혼합실(20)으로부터 요소와 가스의 혼합물의 배출을 위한 배출구(14)를 포함하며,공기를 혼합실(20)으로 공급하기 위한 가스 흡입구(12)는 상기 흡입구(10, 12)의 선택된 표면에 요소 결정체의 퇴적이 방지되거나 혼합 장치의 사용 동안 상기 표면에 퇴적된 결정체가 상기 표면으로부터 제거되도록 설계되어 있으며,가스 흡입구(12)에 밸브(18)를 추가적으로 포함하며,가스 흡입구(12)의 선택된 표면에서 결정체의 제거는 가스 흡입구(12)에 포함된 밸브(18)에 의해 제공되며, 왕복운동을 수행하도록 채택된 상기 밸브(18)는 혼합 장치(1)에 퇴적된 요소 결정체를 약화시키는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,왕복운동을 수행하도록 채택된 상기 밸브(18)는 혼합실(20)으로의 밸브(18)의 배출구 근처에 퇴적된 요소 결정체를 약화시키는 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 밸브(18)는 스프링 수단에 의하여 밸브 시트에 대하여 치우쳐진 피스톤을 포함하여, 상기 밸브(18) 상의 압력 차이가 미리 선정된 한계치를 초과할 때 상기 밸브(18)가 혼합실(20)으로의 가스의 흐름을 허용하도록 열리는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밸브(18)는 관통공을 갖는 평탄부재(18a)를 포함하며,가스 흡입구(12)의 밀봉을 제공하기 위하여 평탄부재(18a) 상의 압력 차이가 첫 번째 미리 선정된 한계치 이하일 때 상기 평탄부재(18a)는 관통공의 근처에서 흡입구(12)에서의 접합부재에 접하며,관통공을 통하여 혼합실(20)으로 공기가 흐르도록 하기 위하여 평탄부재 상의 압력 차이가 두 번째 미리 선정된 한계치 이상일 때 상기 평탄부재는 접합부재에 접하지 않는 혼합 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,가스가 관통공을 통하여 흐를 때 평탄부재(18a)가 왕복 운동을 유도하도록 채택되어서 평탄부재(18a)가 상기 접합부재에 연속하여 밀착과 떨어짐을 하는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,요소 흡입구(10)가 혼합실(20)과 만나는 위치의 하류에서 가스 흡입구(12)가 혼합실(20)과 만나는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,가스 흡입구(12)의 표면의 일부분을 매끄럽게 하거나 눌어붙지 않는(non stick) 재료를 사용하여 결정체가 그곳에 퇴적되는 것을 방지하는 혼합 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 매끄러움은 코팅에 의해 제공되는 혼합 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 코팅은 테플론 코팅(PTFE)의 형태이거나 장치의 일부분이 테플론(PTFE)으로 만들어진 혼합 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,매끄럽게 되는 표면의 상기 부분은 혼합실(20)로 공기의 흐름을 허용하는 오리피스(19)인 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,혼합실(20) 표면의 일부분을 매끄럽게 하거나 눌어붙지 않는(non stick) 재료를 사용하여 결정체가 그곳에 퇴적되는 것을 방지하는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,가스 흡입구(12)의 일부분과 혼합실(20)의 일부분을 요소 결정체의 녹는점 온도 이상으로 가열을 하는 수단을 포함하는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,가스 흡입구(12)의 일부분 또는 혼합실(20)의 일부분을 요소 결정체의 녹는점 온도 이상으로 가열을 하는 수단을 포함하는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,압력이 가해진 가스를 가스 흡입구로 공급하는 공기 공급원을 추가적으로 포함하는 혼합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항의 혼합 장치(1)를 포함하는 기관에 있어서,혼합 장치(1)의 배출구(14)가 기관의 배기 장치에 연결되는 기관.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 기관은 디젤 기관인 기관.
- 제15항에 따른 기관을 포함하는 운반체.
- 제17항에 있어서,브레이크 또는 현가장치를 위한 압축기에 의해 상기 혼합 장치(1)에 압력이 가해진 공기를 공급하는 운반체.
