Claims (23)
- 팽윤성 점토, 상기 점토의 층간에 삽입된 키토산, 상기 점토의 층간에 삽입되어 상기 점토 및 상기 키토산과 복합화된 천연 식물추출물로 된 점토-키토산-천연 식물추출물 복합체를 포함하는 서방형 과립체이고,상기 키토산은 평균분자량은 1,000 달톤 이상이고 1,000,000 달톤 이하이며 탈아세틸화도는 60% 이상 100% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 팽윤성 점토는 몬트모릴로나이트(montmorillonite), 벤토나이트(bentonite), 헥토라이트(hectorite), 사포나이트(saponite), 바이델라이트(beidellite), 논트로나이트(nontronite), 팽윤성 운모(mica), 및 버미큐라이트(vermicullite)로 이루어지는 천연 및 합성 스멕타이트계 점토 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 점토의 양이온 교환능이 60-200 meq/100g인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 천연 식물 추출물은 솔잎추출물, 녹차추출물, 홍삼추출물, 감초추출물, 자몽종자추출물, 은행잎추출물, 및 포도씨 추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 키토산은 상기 점토와 상기 키토산의 합 중량에 대하여 5-50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 천연 식물추출물은 상기 점토와 상기 키토산의 합 중량을 기준으로 5-50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 서방형 과립체는 상기 점토-키토산-천연 식물추출물 복합체의 분말이 바인더에 의하여 결합되어 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 알긴산 또는 그것의 염, 키토산, 셀룰로오스, 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이드(PMMA), 폴리비닐알콜(PVA), 폴리에틸렌-폴리프로필렌 코폴리머, 물유리, 콜로이드 실리카, 및 점토 분산액으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 서방형 과립체는 표면에 알긴산 칼슘의 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체.
- 팽윤성 점토의 층간에 키토산을 삽입하여 상기 점토를 개질하는 단계, 상기 개질된 점토의 층간에 천연 식물추출물을 삽입하여 점토-키토산-천연 식물추출물의 복합체를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 점토-키토산-천연 식물추출물의 복합체를 바인더로 과립화하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 키토산은 평균분자량은 1,000 달톤 이상이고 1,000,000 달톤 이하이며 탈아세틸화도는 60% 이상 100% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 과립체의 표면에 알긴산 칼슘의 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 점토 개질 단계에서 상기 점토와 상기 키토산의 합 중량에 대하여 10-100 중량%의 용매를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 점토-키토산-천연 식물추출물의 복합체를 형성하는 단계는 상기 점토-키토산 복합체와 상기 천연 식물추출물을 분쇄기에서 혼합 및 분쇄하는 것에 의하여 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 과립화 단계는 유동층 과립기, 분문형 과립기, 제환기, 및 펠렛 타정기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 과립화 장치의 사용에 의하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 알긴산 칼슘의 코팅층은 천연추출물-키토산-점토 과립체를 알긴산 나트륨 수용액에 침적시켜 표면에 알긴산 나트륨을 코팅하고, 이것을 칼슘을 포함하는 수용액에 다시 침적시킴으로써 표면에서 Ca2 + 이온에 의한 알긴산의 가교화 반응이 수행됨에 의하여 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 알긴산 나트륨 수용액에서의 알긴산 나트륨의 농도는 0.1-2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 칼슘 수용액은 염화칼슘 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 칼슘 수용액에서 칼슘의 농도는 0.5-10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 알긴산 나트륨 수용액에의 침적 및 상기 칼슘 수용액에의 침적에 의한 알긴산의 가교화는 2-5회 반복되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 칼슘 수용액에서의 상기 알긴산의 가교화 반응은 실온에서 5-60분 동안 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 서방형 과립체의 제조방법.
- 정수될 물이 유입되는 입구 및 정수된 물이 유출되는 출구를 가지는 용기 및 상기 용기 내에 채워진 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항, 제9항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 서방형 과립체를 포함하는 음용수 정수용 필터.
- 제22항에 따른 음용수 정수용 필터를 포함하는 정수기.
