Abstract
Description
WO 00/36762A는 기지국들로부터 전력 제어 명령들을 평가하기 위한 통상의 규칙을 사용하지 않는 셀룰러 CDMA 시스템(소프트 핸드오프 상황일 때와 같음)에서 몇몇 기지국과 통신하는 이동국들과 관련된다. 이동국들은 기지국으로부터 링크의 링크 품질을 평가한다. 만일 소정의 기지국이 미리 결정된 임계치를 넘는 링크 품질을 나타내고, 그 기지국이 전력 감소를 요구한다면, 전력은 미리 결정된 양(델타)만큼 감소된다. 그렇지 않으면, 전력은 각각의 기지국으로부터의 링크의 신호 품질로부터 결정된 가중치와 관련하여 각각의 기지국으로부터 수신된 전력 제어 신호들에 따라 델타보다 작거나 동일한 양만큼 상향 또는 하향 조절된다.

Claims (11)
- 원격국 장치(200)로서,공통 채널 상에서 수신된 제 1 전력 제어 명령에 응답하여 링크 품질 추정치를 생성하도록 동작하는 링크 품질 추정 유닛(204); 및상기 링크 품질 추정 유닛(204)에 접속되며, 상기 링크 품질 추정치에 응답하여 제 2 전력 제어 명령을 생성하도록 동작하는 전력 제어 유닛(210)을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 전력 제어 명령은 기지국에서 상기 공통 채널의 전송 전력을 조절하는데 사용되는,원격국 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원격국 장치(200)는 상기 제 1 전력 제어 명령에 응답하여 전송 전력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원격국 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원격국 장치(200)는 상기 제 2 전력 제어 명령을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원격국 장치.
- 무선 통신 장치(300)로서,공통 채널 상에서 전송된 전력 제어 명령에 응답하는 링크 품질 추정치에 기초한, 상기 공통 채널 상에서 기지국 전송에 대한, 원격국으로부터 수신된 전력 제어 명령을 결정하도록 동작하는 결정 유닛(308); 및상기 결정 유닛(308)에 결합되며, 상기 결정된 전력 제어 명령에 따라 상기 공통 채널의 전송 전력을 조절하도록 동작하는 조절 유닛(312)을 포함하는,무선 통신 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,공통 채널 상에서 전력 제어 명령들의 전송 전력 제어를 위한 제어 프로세서(310)를 더 포함하며, 상기 전력 제어 명령의 전송 전력 레벨은 기준 값으로 초기 설정되며, 상기 조절 유닛은 증폭기(312)인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,공통 채널 상에서 역방향 링크 전력 제어 명령들을 전송하도록 동작하는 제 1 전력 제어 유닛(310); 및역방향 링크 상에서 수신된 순방향 링크 전력 제어 명령들에 응답하여 상기 역방향 링크 전력 제어 명령들의 전송 전력을 조절하도록 동작하는 제 2 전력 제어 유닛(308)을 더 포함하는,무선 통신 장치.
- 삭제
- 무선 통신 방법으로서,공통 채널 상에서 기지국 전송에 대한, 원격국으로부터 수신된 전력 제어 정보를 결정하는 단계; 및상기 공통 채널의 전송 전력을 조절하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 원격국으로부터 수신된 전력 제어 정보는 상기 기지국으로부터 공통 채널 상에서 수신된 전력 제어 명령의 링크 품질 추정치에 기초하여 생성되는,무선 통신 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전력 제어 명령의 전송 전력 레벨은 기준 값으로 초기 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 링크 품질 추정치는 SNR인 것을 특징으로 하는 원격국 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 장치(300)는 기지국인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 장치.
