Claims (10)
- 복수의 게이트라인과 데이터라인이 배치되고 박막트랜지스터 및 횡전계를 생성하는 적어도 한쌍의 전극이 형성된 제1기판;화상표시영역과 화상비표시영역으로 분할되며, 컬러를 구현하는 컬러필터가 형성된 제2기판;상기 제1기판 및 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층;상기 제2기판 배면의 화상표시영역에 형성된 정전기 제거용 도전층;TCP(Tape Carrier Package)를 통해 상기 제1기판과 전기적으로 접속되는 인쇄회로기판; 및상기 TCP에 실장된 구동소자로 구성되며,상기 정전기 제거용 도전층은 인쇄회로기판이 배치된 측의 제2기판의 변으로부터 이격되어 형성되며, 상기 이격거리는 정전기 제거실험시 상기 정전기 제거용 도전층과 구동소자 사이에 2차 방전이 발생하지 않는 거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 제거용 도전층은 투명한 도전층인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 제거용 도전층은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxdie)와 IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide)로 구성된 일군으로부터 선택된 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 제거용 도전층의 면적은 제2기판 보다는 작고 화상표시영역의 면적과는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
