Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 발광 소스를 백라이트 모듈에 고정하는 단계;광 필름을 상기 발광 소스 상에 고정하는 단계;분할된 구조를 상기 광 필름 상에 위치시키는 단계;인접하는 LCD 패널들의 측면 에지들을 나란히 배열하거나 또는 오버랩핑 한 후 이 측면 에지들을 상기 분할된 구조 상에 위치시키는 단계; 및미세구조를 갖는 보호층을 상기 나란히 배열되거나 오버랩핑 된 LCD 패널 상에 장착하여 LCD 디스플레이를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 아크릴 또는 유리재질이고, 그 표면은 도금막, 코팅막, 인쇄 또는 금형에 의해 형성된 프리즘 미세구조를 포함하는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소스는 면광원 또는 유사면광원인 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 면광원은 LED 또는 면광원램프가 되고, 상기 유사면광원은 곡선형램프관이 되는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 면광원 또는 유사면광원은 특정 각도로 발사되는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 면광원 또는 유사면광원은 램프셰이드(lampshade)를 밀봉 및/또는 추가하거나, 교착 배열되어 등간격의 행렬을 형성하거나, 프리즘 필름(prism film), 디퓨져 필름(diffuser film) 또는 디퓨져 플레이트(diffuser plate)를 포함하거나 또는 면광원 또는 유사면광원의 측면 에지에 사다리꼴 평판을 위치시켜 바(bar) 형상의 분할된 구조를 형성하는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 면광원 또는 유사면광원은 모두 균일하게 분포되는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 전류에 의해 행렬의 광유출을 제어하되, 행렬 중의 각 LED의 중앙부분이 행렬의 둘레를 향하도록 하거나 또는 행렬 내에서 각 열의 LED의 위치를 변경시키는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 유사면광원 측면 에지의 사디리꼴 평판 주위에 적어도 하나의 LED를 부가시키거나 또는 상기 유사면광원 측면 에지의 사디리꼴 평판의 각 일측에 적어도 하나의 냉음극형광램프 또는 고온음극형광램프를 부가시키는 이음새 없는 디스플레이 제조방법.
- 발광 소스를 포함하는 백라이트 모듈;상기 발광소스 상에 구비되는 광 필름;상기 광 필름 상에 구비되는 분할된 구조;그 측면 에지들이 나란히 배열되거나 또는 오버랩핑된 후 상기 분할된 구조 상에 구비되는 다수의 LCD 패널; 그리고상기 다수의 LCD 패널 상에 구비되는 미세구조를 갖는 보호층을 포함하여 구성되는 이음새 없는 디스플레이.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 아크릴 또는 유리재질이고, 그 표면은 도금막, 코팅막, 인쇄 또는 금형에 의해 형성된 프리즘 미세구조를 포함하는 이음새 없는 디스플레이.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소스는 면광원 또는 유사면광원인 이음새 없는 디스플레이.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 면광원은 LED 또는 면광원램프가 되고, 상기 유사면 광원은 곡선형램프관이 되는 이음새 없는 디스플레이.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 램프셰이드(lampshade)를 밀봉 및/또는 추가한 면광원 또는 유사면광원을 포함하거나, 교착 배열되어 등간격의 행렬을 형성하는 면광원 또는 유사면광원을 포함하거나, 프리즘 필름(prism film), 디퓨져 필름(diffuser film) 또는 디퓨져 플레이트(diffuser plate)를 포함하거나 또는 면광원 또는 유사면광원의 측면 에지에 사다리꼴 평판을 위치시켜 바(bar) 형상의 분할된 구조를 형성하는 이음새 없는 디스플레이.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 유사면광원 측면 에지의 사디리꼴 평판 주위에 적어도 하나의 LED를 부가시키거나 또는 상기 유사면광원 측면 에지의 사디리꼴 평판의 각 일측에 적어도 하나의 냉음극형광램프 또는 고온음극형광램프를 부가시키는 이음새 없는 디스플레이.
