Claims (4)
- 전기로 내부 종점산소 600-700PPM이고, 전기로 내의 용강온도 1590-1650℃인 시점에 카본인젝션을 이용하여 카본을 전기로 내부의 출강구 입구 상부에서 15-25kg/분 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로의 용강 탈산을 위한 카본 공급방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본을 공급하는 카본인젝션과 전기로의 출강구 입구간의 거리는 650-750mm 임을 특징으로 하는 전기로의 용강 탈산을 위한 카본 공급방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본인젝션을 이용한 카본 공급은 출강준비시점부터 출강종료시까지 임을 특징으로 하는 전기로의 용강 탈산을 위한 카본 공급방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 15-25kg/분의 카본 공급은 전기로의 용강이 수강래들로 130톤 ± 50톤 출강될 때까지 임을 특징으로 하는 전기로의 용강 탈산을 위한 카본 공급방법.
