Claims (9)
- 양극전극 및 음극전극과;양극리드선 및 음극리드선과;상기 양극전극과 음극전극 사이에 위치하여 본 양극전극과 음극전극을 분리하기 위한 분리막과;상기 양극전극과 음극전극과 분리막을 수용하는 하우징과;상기 하우징 내에 수용되는 전해액과;상기 양극리드선과 음극리드선이 각각 연결되는 양극단자 및 음극단자와;상기 양극리드선을 양극단자에 그리고 상기 음극리드선을 음극단자에 각각 압착하기 위한 양극리드선압착부재 및 음극리드선압착부재와;상기 양극리드선압착부재와 상기 양극단자를 그리고 상기 음극리드선압착부재와 상기 음극단자를 각각 연결하기 위한 양극리드선고정부재 및 음극리드선고정부재를 포함하며,상기 양극리드선고정부재와 음극리드선고정부재는 본 양극리드선고정부재와 음극리드선고정부재에 가압력을 인가하기 위한 고정부재가압부와 본 고정부재가압부에 대해 수직한 방향으로 형성되는 고정부재삽입부를 포함하며,상기 양극리드선, 음극리드선, 양극리드선압착부재, 음극리드선압착부재, 양극단자, 음극단자에는 상기 고정부재삽입부를 수용하기 위한 리드선개구 및 리드선압착부재개구와 단자홈이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정부재삽입부와 상기 리드선 개구 및 리드선압착부재개구와 단자홈은 모두 원형의 단면 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 양극리드선압착부재와 음극리드선압착부재의 양 측부에는 리드선가이드부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 양극리드선압착부재 및 음극리드선압착부재와 상기 양극단자 및 음극단자가 서로 대면하는 부분에는 각각 요철부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 4 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 고정부재삽입부의 단면 직경은 상기 단자홈의 단면 직경보다 작은 크기로 형성되되, 상기 고정부재삽입부가 상기 단자홈에 삽입되어 압박될 경우 본 고정부재삽입부의 단부가 변형되어 상기 단자홈의 내부를 충진하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자와 음극단자에서 전류가 통과하도록 지정된 부분 이외에는 절연피막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 고정부재삽입부는 상기 단자를 형성하는 재질보다 큰 연성을 갖는 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에너지 저장장치는 울트라 커패시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
