Claims (14)
- 유체를 수용하는 챔버, 상기 챔버에 수용된 유체가 인쇄물의 일측 표면으로 분사되게 하는 노즐을 포함하는 노즐몸체가 구비된 액적분사장치에 있어서,상기 챔버 또는 노즐에 근접하게 설치되고, 상기 챔버에 수용된 유체에 정전기장을 형성하여 상기 노즐을 통해 상기 유체가 분사되어 액적이 형성되도록 제1분사력을 제공하는 정전분사모듈;상기 노즐과 대향되어 상기 챔버의 내부에 구비되고, 상기 제1분사력의 발생 시 상기 제1분사력을 보조하는 제2분사력을 제공하는 물리분사모듈; 및상기 제1·2분사력이 특정패턴으로 제공되도록 상기 정전분사모듈과 물리분사모듈을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하되,상기 정전분사모듈은,상기 노즐에서 이격되어 설치되는 제1전극부, 상기 노즐의 내측면에 설치되는 제2전극부, 상기 제1전극부와 제2전극부 사이에 정전신호를 인가하는 정전신호기를 포함하거나, 또는 상기 노즐에서 이격되어 설치되는 전극모듈부, 상기 전극모듈부에 교류성신호를 인가하는 교류성신호기를 포함하고,상기 물리분사모듈은,압전작동기 또는 히팅작동기, 상기 압전작동기 또는 히팅작동기에 구동신호를 인가하는 구동신호기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1전극부는, 상호 이격되어 적층되는 다수의 적층전극으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1전극부는, 상기 노즐에서 이격되어 설치되는 전면전극 및 상기 인쇄물의 타측 표면에 부착 또는 이격되어 설치되는 후면전극으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극모듈부는, 상기 노즐의 양측으로 이격되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 교류성신호는 교류형태의 정현파신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극모듈부는, 상호 이격되어 적층되는 다수의 적층모듈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극모듈부는, 상기 노즐에서 이격되어 설치되는 전면모듈 및 상기 인쇄물의 타측 표면에 부착 또는 이격되어 설치되는 후면모듈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 노즐몸체는 절연스페이서를 개재해서 상호 이웃하여 다수개가 설치되고, 상호 이웃하여 설치된 상기 다수개의 노즐몸체의 각 정전분사모듈 및 물리분사모듈이 개별적으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 노즐몸체의 노즐은 전도성 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 노즐몸체의 노즐은 전도성 와이어가 내삽된 비전도성 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액적분사장치.
