Claims (4)
- 절단과 동시에 절단면의 융착이 가능한 초음파 절단장치를 이용하여 액정표시장치 제조용 러빙천을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 러빙천의 절단방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 절단장치는 35kHz - 70kHz 주파수 영역의 초음파를 이용하여 러빙천을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 러빙천의 절단방법.
- 일정한 영역의 초음파 주파수를 발생시키는 발진기; 및상기 발진기에서 생성된 초음파를 집중시켜 액정표시장치 제조용 러빙천을 절단하는 혼 방열기를 포함하는 러빙천 절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 혼 방열기는 러빙천을 절단하는 나이프와 상기 나이프로 초음파를 전달하는 나이프 지지대로 이루어 지며, 상기 나이프의 두께는 2mm 이하이고, 상기 나이프의 끝단과 상기 나이프 지지대를 연결하는 직선이 상기 나이프의 중심축과 이루는 각도는 60°이하인 것인 러빙천 절단장치.
